ive been coming to the store good while now that I really love coming there now and I don't have to drive into Austin because Dillon Martinez helps me out with all of our needs he's an outstanding exceptional young man as an employee to this company and I've done my research Connectivity Source / Sprint and I think also Dana the manager is amazing she has helped us but mainly Mr.Dillon Martinez. I have a huge business so im very busy I've been meaning to make this review for some time but this goes out to Mr. Dillon Martinez he's an asset to the store and I don't know who reads these reviews but I hope the right person does and see that Mr. Martinez gets a raise as assistant manager something he deserves it above and he always goes above & beyond at least someone see this that can make a difference & the right person that can make a difference in this young man's life I just know that he works his ass off and there's been tons of people and they're very upset and he is so gracious and has patience and such a gentleman and treats customers with with the at most respect and patience no matter how rude they are to him I've been meaning to write this but like I said I have a huge business and I don't have time but I wanted to take this time today because Mr.Martinez I don't believe gets what he deserves with this company I go to the place next door all the time with my family to Jimmy John's and the coffe place next door and plus I'm in there quite a bit and friends that tell me what goes on in that store because i got them going to Dillon for phone help and they all love mr. Dillon Martinez I don't drive all the way to Austin for my phone problems nor my family or my friends they go straight to mr.Dillon Martinez for help at that store and I did my research and connectivity resource needs recognize this employee Dillon Martinez that works at the store and give him a good raise $$$ I don't know how much they make but I know a lot of people that come in there and I see Dillon Martinez working his butt off I don't know maybe I need to get in touch with someone with connectivity stores Im huge business owner and I think you're taking advantage of your employees by is your paying them ! go to Jimmy John's next door and I also go to the coffee shop and I have family that is always in that store and friends and word gets around by mouth and me as a business owner I've never took advantage of my employees whatsoever I've been meaning to write this review for some time but the other is the one giving the store five star is because of Dillon martinez and I've had some family work with Dana we are a corporate world but we do not have to under pay cheat good employees just so we can get more wealthier two individuals that are just trying to survive in life this needs to be put out there I don't know I might start up a Blog about Connectivity Source I'm sure this is not the only store they are are like this to do their good employees that gets taken advantage of but because of these two individuals they're making y'all's Bee Cave store look great! I only try to put out good karma because I believe it comes back to you I love the store I want to continue coming there but God forbid this young man moves on to bigger and better things i won't come back or my families or my friends we are very loyal !!!! I can't warn you enough against Sprint in general and this store specifically. My complaint goes back to October of last year, when an employee misled my wife and I (and it turns out, about 3-4 others) about an iPad deal. Without getting into all the details, they found out she had lied to sell more iPads, she was fired, and then I have been through a living hell trying to get the issue resolved. I have been through multiple store managers, a regional manager, the corporate office via phone calls, and here we are, probably 30+ hours of my time (and their time) without an acceptable resolution. I bought the iPad as a gift for my kids so when they told me they needed me to return the iPad to get my reimbursement started I was sad for their sake, but returned it anyway. Turns out, they didn't reimburse me for the initial charge of the iPad ($100+) or the multiple months they charged me for the line on it ($100+)(which only took a couple months to return because no one would get back to me and give me a plan for resolution) - so I am out an iPad and a couple hundred dollars, and they are once again ignoring me.
My journey started when I went to this store, where I originally bought the iPad, and was told that the employee had lied to me. They told me they couldn't resolve the issue, but that I should call the corporate office because they were the only ones who could take care of it. When I called the corporate office and finally was able to talk to someone, they sent me to the store....when I persisted in asking workers at the store for a resolution, the store then pointed me in the direction of the regional manager, who proceeded to ignore my emails until I went in to the store to complain and HE HAPPENED TO BE WORKING THAT DAY. Having cornered him, he offered a solution and told me, verbally, that I would be reimbursed for the whole affair. Which already seemed like a rip-off because I had wasted so much of my life and time on their employee's mistake. They didn't offer a credit to my account, or for us to keep the iPad, or anything to make it right. Then, THEY STILL HAVEN'T REIMBURSED ME - they only took off the fee that I incurred by exiting this false contract early - by turning in the iPad - that they told me I had to turn in. I'm blown away.
In short, I have never had a customer experience this bad in my entire life - nor wasted this much time looking for simple justice for a mistake the company even ADMITS that their employee made. All I want is my money back....instead, I am out a couple hundred dollars, with no iPad, and still sending emails and visiting the store hoping for a resolution. ...

And amazingly, almost unbelievably to us, Jacob at this branch resolved it for us in about a half hour, and Joseph let our toddler draw with some pens and post-it notes to get us through that half hour without a meltdown.
Background: my wife has been trying to join Verizon for months, but T Mobile wouldn't unlock her phone, despite repeated promises to do so. We'd been told repeatedly that the phone would be unlocked "as soon as you go to the store" (from phone support), or "as soon as you call back support" (from another store, after 2.5 wasted hours in-store), or "in 72 hours" (from phone support again) or "after another 48 hours" (from phone support again). It never ever happened. Hard to convey how much time we spent unsuccessfully getting T Mobile to actually unlock a fully paid off phone after a former customer had already left T Mobile. Ridiculous.
Anyway the happy ending to this story is that, after my wife had the bright idea to search for the highest-rated T Mobile branch in the area, we showed up to this store, and Jacob and Joseph got it done in under a half hour, and even a rather pleasant half hour at that. We highly recommend this branch, and Jacob and Joseph there...
