I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding a recent experience at your PGA location. As a loyal customer for 8 years, I have always appreciated the quality of service at Drybar, but unfortunately, my latest visit has left me extremely dissatisfied.
For nearly 2 years, I have been a patron of the PGA location, where I recently encountered a significant issue. The shampoo used during my visit left serious residue in my hair, rendering it unwearable and quite frankly, disgusting. I brought this concern to the attention of the owner, hoping for a resolution that would restore my trust in the brand.
Regrettably, the response I received was far from satisfactory. Instead of addressing the issue adequately, the owner offered me a mere $25 refund on a $70 service. This is not only an inadequate compensation but also showcases a lack of commitment to customer satisfaction. As someone who has been a dedicated customer for such a long time, I expected a more professional and accommodating response.
Due to this disappointing experience and the unsatisfactory resolution, I regret to inform you that I will no longer be a patron of Drybar. I am also compelled to share my experience with friends, family, and online platforms, as I believe it is crucial for others to be aware of the unprofessionalism I encountered.
I hope that this feedback will prompt a reassessment of customer service practices at the PGA location. It is disheartening to sever ties with a brand I have valued for so long, but the lack of resolution and the impact on the quality of service cannot be overlooked.

It is fair to mention that i got there by 1.45pm this sunday (as a walk in and a registered customer), asked if they had availability and the girl said: could you wait until 2.20pm?, I said yes!
By 2.30pm she said: ok let’s wash your hair and I said: my hair becomes pretty oily could you used…. She said: i fitted you in, I need to rush
I guess it would have been better if she would have said: “there’s not available spot today”
Very sad with the result; my hair is curly and short, i said I wanted straight and the girl said ok, she did the blow dry pretty quick and then the flat iron, after i touched my hair I could felt on my back the layers inside mu hair were not straight 100%, meaning I would loose the 50$ blow dry by monday morning
As per my request, She used the flat iron again, but only in that area
When i saw in the mirror i could see it was not straight as the 1st time i had a blow dry in this place, which was perfectly done and stunning customer attention
She looked at me and said: im gonna ask you this only one more time: do you want me to use the flat iron again?
I said no, she was not been positive in her behavior

Read moreI was really disappointed with our recent appointments. My stylist did not do my hair the way I wanted, even after I explained it multiple times. It felt like she didn’t take the time to truly understand or deliver what I asked for—and unfortunately, my hairstyle didn’t even last the full day.
For our second booking, I brought my daughter and had clearly stated during the initial call that we wanted Dutch braids for her. However, the stylist we were placed with didn’t know how to do them. The stylist who does know how was there, but we weren’t scheduled with her. As a result, my daughter ended up with French braids, which was not what she wanted or asked for.
At checkout, the staff member was unhelpful and didn’t seem to know how to use the system. She had to text her manager—who wasn’t even on site—for answers, which made the process slow and unprofessional.
Additionally, we were never offered any beverages, which is something we’ve come to expect. And to top it off, my stylist stood at the front desk the entire time during checkout, which felt like she was hovering and waiting for a tip. It made the situation even more uncomfortable, especially with the confusion already happening at the register.
