Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in West Palm Beach

Placed a $40 free delivery order today and realized the app changed my delivery address for some reason. I instantly called Door Dash, who specified they couldn't adjust it due to not ordering directly on DoorDash. I then call the restaurant to notify them that I added a note to my order outlining the error as well as to inform the driver, the address listed wasnt accurate.

Driver knew delivery location was not correct and decided to deliver to an abandoned construction site in the middle of the road. Driver refused to answer my calls or texts.

Call Tropical smoothie back to note the driver still delivered incorrectly and was then told, it's not our problem, "we made the food and completed our job, you should have canceled completely for us to be able to help you".

So now after 40 minutes calling Doordash & Tropical smoothie, I still have no food, I've still been charged $40 and been given the run around at fingers pointing elsewhere to pass the responsibility.

I was forced to contact my bank to dispute my payment in full for services not received.

After 15+ years ordering from Tropical Smoothie, I will be assured to never order from this franchise location ever...

My order wasn’t ready when I got there, which is not a big deal because of the lunch rush. But the person making the food clearly had no clue what was going on and when she finished people’s order, she’ll just put it to the side instead of putting to the cabinets made for pick up or calling out their name. I got 2 food items and a smoothie. It took 20 minutes for me to receive my food items, which had no additions, requests, or otherwise. Also, I’ve ordered these particular items before at other locations and it wasn’t like this at all. The Chipotle Chicken flatbread I received today was 80% lettuce and 20% bread. I ordered online the directions says get to the store go where it says pickup. They have an area it says online orders and that's where the orders are supposed to be placed. When I walked in I sat by that area I saw on the counter behind where they make the sandwiches there was a bag already there with sandwiches I'm sitting there for 10 minutes. Nobody acknowledges me nobody says anything I asked if this is where I'm supposed to pick up my online order he said yes then he went over there and the food that was sitting in that bag already made before I got there was my order and they never put it out and if I didn't say anything I probably still be sitting there because acknowledged me.
