Leaders Furniture of West Palm Beach — Attraction in West Palm Beach

I needed quality outdoor patio furniture which is low maintenance and can handle the Florida sun. I live close to a competitor's establishment. I walked through the door and no one even acknowledged my presence. (That was a big red flag.) After walking through the showroom for a few minutes, I walked out. I guess they're used to people doing that. Left a real bad taste in my mouth. Fast forward: I resurfaced the pool and patio, now I really need new furniture. I googled what I wanted and Leaders stood out. Went on a scouting mission and found the most helpful rep I could ask for. Maria Aceto was patient, and I felt really comfortable. I was unprepared and couldn't find the choices I had selected on my phone. She was able to pull up my cart and then we were able to narrow it down. Unbelievably the exact set I wanted online matched their floor model!!! I told her I would be back with my wife for a final decision. NO PRESSURE. Wife and I returned, and Maria explained everything. Answered all her questions. We purchased the floor model and I was able to have it delivered the next day! I'm writing this now because... The set just got delivered! The gents who delivered the set were professional. Really professional. I was so impressed with the quality of the product and the quality of the delivery, I'm more than inclined to add the other pieces. I now have room to add more. I highly recommend Leaders Furniture. My wife and I can't find enough good thinks to say about Leader's; and especially the manager there, Cindy Spinks.

We recently bought a place in West Palm and were lucky enough to immediately find Leader's as we drove around. We fell in love with the furniture and Cindy took special care in helping us find what we needed. At great prices. Cindy was even courteous enough to tip us off about a Groupon special so we could save even more.

We wound up buying a full bedroom, living room and dining room. And when it came time for delivery, on two separate occasions, they were right on time. Amazing.

No matter what furniture we're going to need, we're going first to Leader's. And Cindy.

UPDATE: I wrote the above review a few days ago. Since that time, Leaders has delivered more new furniture, made an exchange, and all delivered at the time specified with the new additions to our home beautifully capping our experience. And, as usual, Cindy was there to be sure all went perfectly. Perhaps Google can create a new score higher than "Excellent" for them. Something along the lines of "Everyone else forget about it."

And so you understand why I'm taking the trouble to write the review and update: it's because Leaders is the only resource of any category that has exceeded our expectations. And for once, I didn't have to have an apoplectic fit because of poor service, nasty...

Purchased an expensive patio set from this company in April of 2017 and its falling apart. Warranty expired in April of this year. We didn't use it because we were in quarantine. When we took the cover off was when we noted defective furniture. Called the store and we were told that we missed the warranty deadline and the store manager would give us $5 off a $200 chair. Asked him to open a case. Customer service manager called and told us unfortunately the warranty expired and there's nothing they can do, but we should have use turtle wax ice on the furniture and it would have prevented the issue. I asked how I should have known and she replied, I should have asked the sales person when I bought the furniture. We have barely used this furniture in 3 years and we didn't use during quarantine. Most of the time it was in garage. Giving us a 25% discount off the chairs is not acceptable. By the way, we were told that the turtle wax ice would have protected the furniture because its just like a car. Last I noticed my car is made of metal and paint. Not sure how they...
