China 1 Express — Restaurant in West Palm Beach

So I’ve given them multiple chances to change my mind. Order after order has had small issues. Tonight I walked in and ordered 2 soups 2 egg rolls and a soda. Waited 10-15 mins for that. Then when my order was up I was missing a soup. Told what seems as the daughter of the owner behind the register that she forgot one of my soups. She informed me that she would have to charge me because she only charged me for one. So I run out to grab cash to pay and she informs me that it will be an additional 2 mins for her to prepare after ringing me out. I then notice the woman and man from the back asking her why was I still waiting, she mentions to them that she forgot to include the soup on my check so I was waiting for that. Mind you at this time she’s still bagging up and WAITING on items for additional orders. She gets through the line of recipes to turn around and then begin pouring my soup out of the warming trays that have already premade soups! I waited an additional 15 mins for their mistake. At no point did anyone come up and assist. This is ridiculous not a courtesy item, not a sorry, not an acknowledgement of error on their part. Just RUDE. Will never order from them again. I’ll drive the additional 2 miles for the alternative...

Not impressed. It was our first time ordering, and I saw the review with the rave about the boneless spareribs. I was expecting wonderful and got poor -- it's cut-up pieces of pork in spare rib sauce, which was dry and overcooked to boot. The General Tso's chicken, the egg rolls, the veggie spring rolls -- all dry and overcooked and without much flavor. We had ordered fantail shrimp and got fried shrimp (big difference between batter and breading). The vegetable fried rice had no flavor -- likely because they put lettuce in it (big hint: there is a reason lettuce is the only vegetable that is never cooked or served hot). The broccoli with garlic sauce wasn't dry, but lacked flavor The only item we ordered tht was halfway decent was the egg drop soup. On the bright side, delivery time was reasonable and the food was still hot. We won't be ordering...

Ok I love this place they have the best dumpling sauce, dumplings are pretty good too. Great portion sizes… however today I ordered their orange chicken and all I can say is stay away. It was just awful, it doesn’t taste anything like orange chicken it tastes like burned mess. Hours later and I’m still sick to my stomach over it. Now I’m not trying to bash this place I will order from them again just I will never get the orange chicken. The general tso chicken is great, like I said before the dumplings are great, and portions are great. I’m sorry it was such a bad experience this time that I had to write on Google about it but I do love it here and again I’ll be back just stay away from the...
