Pizza Hut — Restaurant in West Palm Beach

I have been going to this Pizza Hut for over 15 years and never once have I had a problem, Until tonight! I called in an Order, Once I went to pick it up, I had to wait at least five minutes in the lobby. A young lady by the name of Christina then entered the restaurant and came around to serve me. I asked her cause she washed her hands, because she had just came from outside. She proceeded to go back-and-forth with me Saying she only went to her car and came back inside. I then informed her that I don’t know that and it doesn’t matter she should still wash her hands. Well, As the second her teeth and go ahead and Washing her hands, She became argumentative! She handed me my food, And I tried to explain to her she should never get mad about a customer, asking her to wash their hands. I guess that made her even matter, Because she told me to hush. I turned around and I asked her who was she talking to, And she told me a gentleman in the back. The gentleman in the back wasn’t even in the front to even hear or say anything to her so I know she was talking to me. She denied it so I did not go any further with it! When picking up my curbside order, I had to call the store multiple times. First time, no one answered. Second time, went to the order line, and the guy advised someone would bring out my order. Third time, no one answered. Fourth time, the girl answered and just said "Okay", when I told her I was there for curbside. I waited at least 25min. to receive my food. No one ever came out. When I finally went inside to get it, the girl working that night was talking to another employee and laughing. Neither were assisting other customers, nor trying to get my order out to me. I order here frequently, and am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. When I walked in, the cashier she stopped her conversation with the other girl quickly, and looked Surprised/Shocked that I had come in. After 25min, my food was lukewarm, and was the only one in the warmer oven. The cashier is disrespectful and needs to be coached and punished for this type of action/non-service. This was a highly disappointing experience. Will go to other establishments, which I'm sure would love to get my patronage. Would give zero stars for service & atmosphere, but of course,...

I usually don't write reviews, and if I do it is usually because I had such a horrible experience that I felt compelled to share with others so that they don't have to have a similar experience. However this Pizza Hut went above and beyond to make sure everything was right with my order, not to mention the young women who were working were super friendly and smiled and made me feel welcome the whole time i was there, even though i walked in as they were closing up to pick up my order. I have been coming to this particular pizza hut location since I was a child, and they have always had the most spectacular food and service. And that's a hard thing to accomplish, being awesome for over 2 decades. But the two women working tonight set the bar to a whole new level. I would highly recommend going to this location to sit down and have lunch or dinner and also if you just want to order a pizza or some pasta for take out. Dont miss out on a great...
