Not worth the headache and frustration. I’m not exactly sure why a party host is included with the package. I booked a double party for 18 kids. I arrived 15 minutes before the party to a table that was set up with only 10 plates and 3 cups. The rest of the table ware was sitting in a box on the floor. Frantic, my mom and me rushed to set up the rest of the table while 3 party hosts sat at an empty table nearby and watched. My party host never introduced herself. When it was time to eat, pizza was just brought out and thrown on our table. My mom and another guest helped me serve the kids pizza and drinks. I ordered additional pizza for the adults. I was never told it was brought out. It was placed it in a corner booth near a group of people that were not even with our party. In between pizza and cake, I cleaned the empty plates and pizza dishes off the table. Luckily, I brought a lighter for the candles. Our host couldn’t get hers to work and made no effort to find another one. Mistakenly, I did bring a small cooler with beverages for the adults. I read over the FAQs of what was not allowed during birthday parties. No where did it state alcohol was not permitted. I was more than happy to take the cooler out of the facility without the cunningly unappreciated nasty tone of the staff. Knowing that they serve beer, we offered to buy it from the facility instead. We were denied. In all honesty, an adult should be able to enjoy a beer in the midst of 4 chaotic birthday parties going on at the same time. None of our guests were impressed and stated they wouldn’t come back...

I was having a wonderful afternoon with my daughter and when I decided to get on a ride that had very specific rules, to which I am attaching a picture of, I was yelled at by the manager from half across the establishment to get off. Once he yelled I got off and approached him and stated what he did was wrong. He shouldn’t have yelled at a customer. He then proceeded to tell me that it was a kid ride and if the machine broke it would be my fault. I told him that I had read the safety regulations and I followed the rules, I was riding the game one person only and I weigh less than 150 lbs. he co to her to argue the fact that it is a kid game. I told him the game did not specify whether it was a kid game only as the sign says one person at a time. I told him that as a manager he should not have yelled at me And all I would have accepted from him was an apology to which he did not offer at one point! Then I told him that I would report this because I have spent so many nights and weekends with my toddler here and spend $100-150 each time and I could not believe the manager would ever yell at a customer that did nothing wrong. He gave me his name and told me that I was wrong because it was a kid game, mind you at Chuck E. Cheese all the games adults play with their children. Granted if it is a carousel or something I could not fit in of course I would never ride on it. This was a full size horse. I am so upset at this manager I will definitely be switching...

I am extremely disappointed at Chuck e Cheese's. I was so excited to take my 3 year old here for her first visit. I was even more ecstatic that they now offered unlimited play. I have been going since the 80's! Everything was fine until I encountered a group of teenagers hogging the basketball game. No big deal, I would have schooled them anyway. 5ft nothing but can sink a shot like no other. Anyway, I was with a group of 5. We were about to leave and I walked over to see if I could shoot some hoops one last time. The group of teens were still there and literally smoking weed in CHUCK E CHEESES! INSIDE!!! I immediately went to ask for management as there are babies in this place. I was pointed to the girl at the front named Jasmine. I told her that this group of teens were smoking weed in the corner of her establishment. What really ticked me off was her response. "Well I can't do anything about that" with an eye roll! WTF excuse me! There are babies in here. She could care less. I told her she was disgusting, and we swiftly left. Will never return. #ChuckECheese's you MUST do better! I have been going here since I was a child. A standard procedure should be in place. Also, I followed up speaking to another employee as I left, asked the name of hr manager, she didn't know. Asked her to please get the manager, she ran inside an...
