This was AMAZING! It had to be one of the top, if not the top, on my list from a week there of seeing everything. It's a little bit of a hike, but it was easy enough that even my four-year-old managed fine. The path has some rough spots, though. If you want to get a picture like I did from above with your family, just go to the smaller platform above and look down the main viewing platform and the waterfall- (there is a trail right to it). Some kids and older folks could get winded but there's another great lookout within easy walking distance and is wheelchair accessible.
