Booked 2 loads with Jessica Suttinger. the 1st load went smooth the 2nd was a TONU the shipper had shipped the load a day before she did not get back to us till 4 hours later asking if we were still at the shipper after telling her before she left her office for lunch and not saying anything. that there was no freight available. refused to pay TONU because it's completely acceptable to leave a driver hanging till you come back from lunch. I called a random number in a desperate attempt to get in contact with DHL's Express location in Cleveland and Danielle Jones answered. She informed me that not only was she not located in Cleveland, but that she was part of DHL supply chain, and not express. Nonetheless, Danielle still went out of her way and dedicated over an hour of her time to finding me the correct contact for the Cleveland location. Upon getting in contact with them I learned they had no idea that our shipment was incoming. By Danielle taking her time to find this contact she saved a TON of people a TON headaches!
