I really like the food here. However, I will not be going back. I recently placed an order online for pick up. After placing the order, I received an e-mail letting me know the time window that I could pick up. I arrived after this window and called the restaurant to let them know that I was there (curbside service) only to be told that my order was lost (blaming the online ordering system) and asking if I could wait 10 more minutes for the order. I was understanding of this and gladly said I could wait a little bit for the order to be filled. After 20 minutes of waiting, I became impatient and went into the restaurant to see the status of the order and was not only ignored and mistreated by the staff but also ended up having to wait 30+ additional minutes for the order to finally be finished. After waiting for my order for over an hour and continuing to be brushed off, ignored, and mistreated by the staff when I asked questions about the status of the order that I had been waiting for, my order finally came and it was essentially thrown at me. I am a faithful Q2 customer that orders take out at least once a week so it pains me to not order from them again because I really love their food. Read moreI ordered food for pick up. I was told that it was going to take about 25 minutes which was fine, because I was picking up food from another restaurant too. I walk in and there is a two-top table that is occupying the entire dining room with three people that eventually turned into five people waiting for food at the host stand/bar. Like many restaurants these days, I believe that they were understaffed with only two people taking care of the FOH and phone, and what felt like only one other person in the kitchen. However, being patient and understanding, I feel like six orders should not be breaking the restaurant. I can only imagine what it would have been like if the dining area was actually full. The wait wasn't terrible but the customer service was lacking. There was no greeting, no one seemed interested in taking my payment beforehand so I could leave when my food came out, and there wasn't any communication about how much longer the food may take.

I went back to try to refund it and apologized at first for bringing it back- I said I like your eggrolls but for some reason this dish tasted burnt or "off" and asked for a refund he said I can't refund it but I can exchange- I tried to decline that offer and he got snappy with me and said you don't say my food tastes bad- my food doesn't taste bad. And he added that "we always sale this dish it's fine, nothing is wrong with it" I apologized for having to bring it back but after he yelled at me and got defensive- i didn't really trust him to make my food or make anything right.. so I didn't get my money and because of the hostile treatment I didnt get any food either. I'm sure they have some good dishes to be fair but the manager was unbelievably rude he said to go somewhere "more white" if that's what you want.. if someone's food is so great it shouldn't hurt their ego or wallet to refund one dissatisfied...
