I’ll start with the good. The food is better than I expected. I didn’t have high hopes, but it was a solid 7/10. We got the bang bang shrimp, the Caesar salad and some fries. The drinks were subpar (When we actually got what we ordered). We had a good time axe throwing and the outdoor section is pretty cool!
I’ll be honest, the servers we experienced felt like we were their first table they ever waited on in their life. Between our full experience, we interacted with 4 people from the bar & the restaurant and every single person forgot SOMETHING every single interaction. I mean from saying we want the bill, to ordering more food and forgetting, to giving us the wrong drinks and taking other tables our food, this place is a mess. I honestly don’t think they have any training. I had to remind 3 different people on 3 separate occasions that we wanted water. The food was set down in front of people who didn’t even order that dish. We had to remind someone twice that we wanted the checks. When the checks came, we had to tell our waiter what we ordered. Very basic things. The staff was super nice, but the constant forgetting and reminders was getting super old super quick.
I’m not sure what’s going on with the lighting but it’s god awful. I felt sick because it kept dimming, getting brighter and then turning off completely over and over and over again while we were trying to eat. I’ve never experienced such chaotic lighting. Anyways, the place is ok. They definitely have some kinks to work out so I’ll hope for a better...

Westerville has a brand new destination for fun, and it’s an absolute winner. Smash Park, the area's latest adult activity and playground, is a fantastic spot for a night out with friends, a group gathering, or even a work party. This place lives up to its name, offering a fantastic mix of games, great food, and a lively atmosphere.
From the moment you walk in, you'll be impressed. The space is nice and clean, and no matter where you look, there's a TV, so you'll never miss a moment of the big game. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure you have everything you need to enjoy your time.
The activities are the main attraction, and there’s something for everyone. Whether you’re into competitive sports like indoor or outdoor pickleball and cornhole, or looking for something more low-key like duckpin bowling and arcade games, you’ll find it here. For those looking to try something new, the ax throwing and darts are a blast.
We were with a decent-sized group, so we tried a few of their shareable plates, and we were not disappointed. The food is surprisingly great for a place focused on activities. I highly recommend the Pickle Balls, the Sheet Pan Nachos, and the Firecracker Shrimp. They were all delicious and perfect for sharing.
Overall, Smash Park is a super impressive addition to Westerville. It’s the perfect place to unwind, have some fun, and make some great memories. I highly recommend it for any occasion and you won't be...
Read moreCame here with a group of people for a birthday party. We had no reservation but it was pretty packed and we got a table after about 15 minutes. The food menu was limited if you have dietary restrictions. An impossible burger was +4 extra for the patty making it almost a $20 burger so I just got a side to eat. Additionally, our waiter forgot numerous items we ordered and when he came to drop things off didn’t say what they were. Apparently the table numbers weren’t on the receipts because other tables for some of our food and we got other tables drinks. After asking if this was “drink ordered” they said yes and then 30 minutes later came back and said it was wrong. Someone at our table had a fruit allergy so luckily they were not the ones who got the wrong order. We asked for checks, our waiter left for 10 minutes and came back and asked if we wanted our checks again. We really wanted to enjoy the games and felt like we were dealing with issues in the dining area all night. Not to mention at one point all of the lights completely cut off them came back on very bright and started transitioning colors making the atmosphere extremely chaotic.
The games were really fun and there were a lot of options for things to play. I understand it was their first opening weekend but the food experience and menu limitation made me hesitant to go back. I hope that this review at least helps them lower their over 100% up charge on the impossible...
