AWFUL from start to finish. We were so looking forward to trying qargo coffee in Westerville. It was beyond disappointing. This shouId be a minus star review. I took my partner and my Mother Saturday morning. We went on the website to check out the menu before arriving and read the reviews. We have NO idea where the positive reviews came from at all. We went through the drive thru and were barely greeted, should have just pulled away. The person running drive thru should not have contact with the customers. I ordered a large iced coffee. My partner ordered an iced latte. I agree with the other post that it was a large cup of iced milk and they forgot the coffee part, literally received a cup of milk. Every drink my mother tried to order, the man at drive thru stated rudely we DO NOT HAVE THAT. Said the website it not correct and does not mean they have it! Well, okay then mr rude. We asked about the menu or a recommendation and he rudely again told my 75 yr old mother to look at the sign! Again should have driven away. Every sandwiche, croissant, bagel he stated we do NOT have that! We ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches that were possibly frozen and premade and then tossed into a microwave and over heated. AGAIN AWFUL, Ive honestly had better breakfast croissants at the worst burger king!! Bad horrible coffee and food. We took pictures of the cups of milk vs iced lattes. Took pictures of the burnt croissants that look NOTHING like the website that he repeatedly said did not reflect their menu. Worse than the food was his attitude and the price. 3 drinks and 2 sandwiches 36.00 dollars and one of the drinks was a plain iced coffee! The drive thru guy handed out the drinks, the sandwiches, and said 36.00. No thank you, no how are you, no bag, no napkins, we asked for utentils and straws but received none. My partner handed our card, he handed it back and literally closed the window. The 3 of us sat there awhile and I said did we get everything? Is our transaction over? Sat there so he opens the window and my partner said did we get everything, is that it?? He said YES AND SHUT THE WINDOW! No greeting, no good morning, no thank you, no have a nice day. HE WAS RUDE FROM START TO FINISH. And everything was awful. Drinks awful. Food not edible. Frozen store bought breakfast sandwiches would be better. Fair warning to avoid this place. We should have went bacl and asked for our money back and to speak with owners about his attitude. We plan to try to call or reach some one after this post about how poor this location is. We love to try new places, support local, go to coffee houses all over Columbus, Ohio, the States and when we travel out of the country. I do not remember another experience that was this BAD. Ever. Do better. We wont be back and we will tell everyone. Hope this post not removed as to save others this type of experience and waste of money. Read moreI tried Qargo Coffee today and ordered two 16 oz lattes plus a slice of tres leches cake. The coffee itself was fine, Lavazza, so no surprises there, but the whole experience went downhill fast.
At the register I noticed the sign for a 25% student discount. I asked if it was valid, and they said yes. I mentioned my student ID was in the car, so I went to get it. When I came back, another person who I think was the manager stepped in to show the cashier how to apply it. That is when I was told it only applies to one item, not the order. Fine, although I would not have gone all the way back to my car for that. Then I noticed on the screen that only 15% was applied. On top of that, they gave me 20 oz cups instead of the 16 oz I ordered, so I ended up paying more for something I did not ask for, minus a smaller discount than advertised.

We went thru the drive thru no greeting order a blackberry crescent he said we don't have , then we tried another flavor to which he said we only have plain and chocolate chip here you are looking at the national site. Then we tried to order a latte to which he said don have here I said we looked at your site before coming here and he again said that is the national site. We asked ( from our car) well do you have a menu and he said on the wall ! That should of been our clue to leave but we order 3 drinks and 2 sandwiches which we asked to cut the sandwiches in half. The man handed out one item at a time the sandwiches were NOT cut the coffee was nothing but milk I mean it was cream colored I don't think they put the expreso in it.
