I scheduled 2 appointments back to back for myself and my daughter with Trinity. I was very much looking forward to the appointment and had high expectations. I give the treatment a 4 star because I feel it needs some improvement. Trinity greeted me very friendly. She was lovely, but the first impression when you walk in is cold. The room is very bright with a large window. Although they put an eye mask for the treatment, it would be nice if you walked into a darker, more serene room. The treatment was nice but the pressure of the massage was too hard. I was expecting a softer, more relaxing experience. At times I thought I would get a headache from the pressure applied. I kept thinking that she would start strong and finish with a softer head massage, but that wasn’t the case. The water fall treatments annd products were nice. Overall, it was ok. I received a birthday gift certificate to Rooted Rituals from my daughter who knows how much I like to have my head massaged. This 'head spa' experience is far more than just a head massage and shampoo & conditioning. It's luxury at it's finest.
