I was holding off on writing this review, but I feel it needs to be said. I booked an appointment for me and my friend a few weeks ago, and while she had a fantastic time, I had the exact opposite. We both got a pedicure and a manicure, but I felt as if I only got half of what I usually experience at a salon. My toenails were roughly shaped and unevenly painted, and when I told my artist I was interested in acrylics, she simply ignored the manicure altogether. She clipped my nails down once into a flat nail and didn't bother to use another clipper or file until she put on the acrylics, which I had never had before. And when she was shaping the acrylics, I asked her to trim down an extra finger on each hand, and she clipped all of my nails shorter, making the nails completely uneven on size. The dip was laid on super thick and was different on each nail. Only my pinkies looked decent, and everything else looked like a misshapen mess. One nail was crooked, and another was nearly transparent so I could keep seeing my cruedlty cut real nail through it. And I had my reference photo up the whole time, too, with the artist not even bothering to look at it. Overall, I paid $93 for nails that I hated, but I could not afford to spend more money and time to fix it. I don't think I will be returning to this salon anytime soon. Below are the pictures of my nails compared to my reference. I asked for almond nails just slightly shorter than the reference photo.

***12/15/21 update! The owner, David reached out to me and offered to fix my nails. I appreciated the offer, but had to decline as I live over two hours away. I just wish my nails were done correctly the first time, but did want to mention they attempted to correct them. I have been a customer of this place for many years and used to regularly go and get gel nails done by Cat (the owners sister) at the Fishers location, but she no longer works there. Due to that, I went to Angel nails this past weekend and I was not impressed with the service. I asked the tech to have my nails done like in the first two photos and the third photo is what I left with. The width of the lines on my ring finger varies and ultimately just isn’t what I wanted and I asked the nail tech to fix them before leaving and they still look like “that”. She was very grabby/forceful with my hands. It was not very relaxing in my opinion. At least I got a manicure, which I really needed, but that is the only reason I’m giving this review two stars. Probably won’t be going back, at least not for a while. Overall not happy with how I was treated or the outcome.

I been going here almost 2 years. I never stay this consistent because ppl don’t do good work . But honey let me tell you… that David is a magician. His work is beyond quality. I always get compliments on how natural my nails look. And no, they’re not mine, they are acrylics. I can attribute that to the good work done there. I have never had a nail just pop off. If a nail broke it was something I did. I only had an issue twice and it was a minor issue and it was taken care of right away. I live far away but they are worth the drive. They take good care of their clients. I have no regrets.

We made appointments here for me, my maid of honor, and one of my bridesmaids to get our mani pedis done the day before my wedding. When we sat down for pedicures they gave us their menu and my bridesmaid picked one of their upgraded pedicures for me and she said she would pay for it. They got the basic ones we booked. And then we wanted full sets for all of us. So…they kept coming up to us during the pedicure and asking if we wanted our fingers done too, almost trying to get us to not do it? Even thought we did have appointments for both. Then 3 different people argued with my sister about how they COULDNT DO FRENCH TIPS? Like they legit said “we can’t do that” when my sister asked for French tips… well they finally ended up doing them. So I guess they actually can do French tips. Then I went over to get my nails done. My nails actually turned out great. What wasn’t great was that one of the employees came up to me during my manicure and said, “next time we will not do your upgraded pedicure because that’s not what you made an appointment for” and was acting very agitated and kept shooting me dirty looks. This made me EXTREMELY uncomfortable, and honestly a little mad. You can’t give us a menu for pedicures and then get mad when we choose a different one? Then my bridesmaids nails just were flat out horrible. They said they were the worst nails they ever got. It was like they purposely did a bad job. And might I add that all 3 of us work in customer service and treated them very kindly the entire time, so none of this was because we were being rude . And this was still the treatment we got. Oh and I almost forgot…..this took 4 HOURS! So yeah if you’re getting married or have a special event, they don’t care. So...

Terrible experience! First attempt to have our nails done we called and made an appointment for Thursday. We arrived at the scheduled time, checked in and waited 40 minutes before a woman came up to us and said our appointment was made for the 13th. Apparently the woman taking the reservation did not understand me when I said Thursday. With no more time to wait, we left and went online to make an appointment for the following Saturday, avoiding the risk of confusion. We arrived at 9:30am for our appointments (mani/pedi) and all pedicure chairs were full. Sat waiting to have nails done for 25 minutes. Im not sure why they would either take that many appointments or let walk ins get preferential treatment. Either way, we will not be back.

Edited response: I don’t believe anything you said in your response is contradictory to my review. I did not provide a false review or statement. I take reviews seriously and I’ve never left such a negative review. As you mentioned , I had an appointment for three gel manicures, and three pedicures, which is what we got. My daughter (nor anyone in our party) did not add any service that we did not have an appointment for. I understand it was busy and spring break, which is why I made the appointment. I do not need to come in and review the security footage of our visit to your salon, although it is enlightening to know that...
