The last two visits I wasn’t given a receipt to do a survey and the location is to new for yelp to show it so I am posting a review here hoping that someone in charge makes changes or I can talk someone out of having a horrible experience here.
I will admit I was excited to have a Burger King opening near where we live. I am generally a big fan of Burger King vs other fast food alternatives but since open I have given them 5 separate chances with my business and have yet to have a good experience.
My first visit was a day or two after open and my order was wrong. My second and third visit we never got sauces we asked for which stinks when My kids only eat nuggets from burger places. I had wised up on that third trip and asked for sauces and were told they were in the bag and that he had watched the person put them there. I emptied the bag in the drive through to show that not only was he lying to me but they also forgot my chicken sandwich that cost almost $5. My fourth visit I ordered a large fry and large and they were both less than Half filled and still had to fight for sauces. This last visit took way to long for food, it was cold, and still onion rings were less than half full.
Also as a warning for those that may be interested or more vulnerable. This is also during the Covid 19 precautions. My wife and I are considered essential so we do not work from home. We do however have to abide by requests to wear gloves, masks, etc. evidentally these things are optional at this Burger King as over half the times we have stopped on our way back from work the person at the window was not wearing any protective items and handed us our...

I went through the drive thru and Tanya was very rude. My order came to $8.70. I handed her a $50 bill and 3 quarters. She gave me $41.30 back as my change. I said to her excuse me but I gave you $50.75 and I believe that my change should be $42.05. She said whatever, rolled her eyes and walked away. Then she came back to the window and said here just take this dollar and keep the 3 dimes and shut the window on me. So I drove off and went in the inside to ask for my receipt that she did not give to me in the drive thru window so that I could get her name because she wasn't wearing a name tag just to leave this review. She could've easily said I'm sorry, I'm so busy that I made a mistake and hit 50 dollars and forgot to add the change that you gave me. I would have said I totally understand, it happens thank you so much but instead she was rude. I'm so tired of rude customer service and I hope she sees this...

When we first got to the ordering box, she rudely told my mother to speak up with an unnecessary amount of attitude considering we had literally just pulled up. We tried to use a coupon code from the app, which clearly says to provide the code before ordering, and will not work after ordering. We told her we had a coupon code, and instead of taking the code, she said "just tell me what you want" so we did. Then she couldn't get the coupon code to work and had to call a manager. Every other time we've used a code, they take the code at the beginning and it always works without needing a manager.
