This company spam Robo-calls my home consistently despite the fact that I have never done business with them. I have no interest in doing business with them (even though I may have actually been interested if they had not done this - I do own a large fur collection). My phone is on the federal “do-not-call” list. They are violating the law by continuing to spam my phone. I don’t understand how a high-end fur store would resort to these kinds of scam tactics. I have video recorded the calls with the caller ID and they identify themselves as Day Furs so they can’t say it’s spoofed. When I reach out to ask them to stop spamming me, they block me on Facebook without any attempt to respond. I ordered my coat before covid and still waiting. Then I was told it was delivered but I never received it. I made a police report and and was told that do to covid the driver can sign ur name without ur permission and leave the package at ur door. I have call the store and ANN DAYS personal number and have not got a response back. Im always told she's with another customer and today I called and first she was on the store but when she found out it was me im told hes off on Friday.
