Taco Bell — Restaurant in Westfield

The amount of good reviews is baffling!!! I work near this taco bell so for months I have been going through and there is an older man there that works at the front register or drive thru window. He is intrusive and far too “nice” to women customers. I’ve tried to call the taco bell they don’t answer. This man has caused me and my coworkers to avoid Taco Bell. He has asked me out on a date and when I said I had a gf he continued to say he could take us both out. He pretends to give your stuff in the window and pulls it back or pretends to drop. Mind you he did one drop my entire order on the ground because he was trying to pretend to drop. The fact is the coworkers hear how he talks to us and they are unphased and that is disgusting. One of my more recent interactions he straight was at the window and there was an older women with longer white/gray hair making drinks. She was right next to him and he looks me and say “you look awesome today” this is beyond compliments it’s scary. I have at least 5 other women coworkers who have said he treats them the same way. One of my coworkers (who I break with often) where sitting in the drive thru line and he was taking out trash we both ducked below the dash boards in hopes he wouldn’t see us because that’s how safe and uneasy his presence makes us. I will never go to taco bell at night because of fear that he may be outside and I would not at all feel safe alone in a parking lot with this man. Absolute worst Taco Bell chain around. I placed a $55 order and it was stolen. The lady in the front did not check on my order once I arrived and told her my name, after thirty minutes of waiting I asked her whether or not my order was still being worked on, after consulting two workers about it she came back to me and told me that it had been taken already. I asked myself how that is possible considering that the odds of two Melanies ordering at the same time and the same Taco Bell was pretty low. Then, I realized that they don’t ask the names of the pick-up orders and just leave them on the counter for anybody to easily pick up and leave with. Now that I knew and was told that my order was stolen, I asked how I can get a refund. She said that I need to do it through the app which I believe is unfair and inconvenient considering that I had no issue with the app, the fault is due to the worker’s negligence and unprofessionalism. Once I called the Taco Bell help line, I was informed that they are closed and I must call another day. All of this is such a hassle considering it could have been avoided simply by not hiring incompetent workers and paying more attention. Replaced an order on the internet app went to the order window and was immediately told they were out of meet and we told them that we had a order already put in we pulled forward she gave us a soda and a bag of cinnamon twists and said thank you. We said no no we ordered a bunch of food and she said we're out of meat and we said we didn't order anything with meat we ordered black beans with our meal. She left the window then return to us and asked what did we order again we gave her the name that was placed online with and she said oh okay. She went back came to the window with a bag of food. We again said that we ordered stuff with black beans. As soon as we pulled away my daughter was going through the bag and counted the items and they were correct however we got three gorditas and instead of two gorditas and a crunchwrap. Once we got home they all had meat in them so this was clearly made prior to us coming there because it was clearly with me that they immediately told us that they were out of.
