Culver’s — Restaurant in Westfield

Do not buy here for work/group meals. We had this location on our rotation for 1-2x per month for our weekly company lunch and about 1/2 the time they miss something (items or special requests done wrong or not at all), most often more than one thing wrong. Today we waited 20 mins curbside (after ordering online, driving, and waiting to click the app to let them know we arrived). Got the food, got back to office (late), and still had to let some coworkers go without food because this location can't get their act together enough to ensure everything is in the order (not the 1st, 2nd or 3rd time for this). I am done with this location and recommend NO ONE order for larger group takeout unless you take everything out before leaving and verifying each item (Literally open the wrapper as any special requests have a good chance of being wrong) while also accepting IT WILL be late.

UPDATE 4/16/25: Tried this location again about two weeks ago for a company lunch and once again, they missed ordered items. Coworker had to drive back to get the food we paid for and already went to pick up. DO NOT ORDER TAKEOUT FROM HERE UNLESS YOU LITERALLY VERIFY EVERYTHING!! You will have to come back or just let someone go without. I guarantee it.

Update 7/21/25 - wife asked I pick some food up for us from here. Ordered via app, picked up food and...you guessed it, missing items! Glad I didn't drive away this time and it was just the two of us (DO NOT ORDER BIG PICKUP ORDERS FROM HERE UNLESS YOU PULL OUT EVERY ITEM...

We usually have really great experiences at this Culvers. Today, not so much. We went with two coupons (a buy one burger, get one free and a buy one concrete mixer, get one free). We pulled up and states we had cups before ordering. We ordered what the coupons stated and a fry and an order cheese curds. Our total came to $22.51, we figured they didnt apply the coupons until we got to the window to pay. The lady told us our total, we handed her our coupons and she took them, looked at the order them back at us and said that it was $22.51? We paid a but confused. Didn't get a receipt from the window. When they brought us our food and said they were making the mixers, we asked if we could get a printed receipt since we didn't get one at the window... The girl said she'll check. She came back with our mixers and said that they are unable to print a copy of the receipt? We asked why it was 22 with two buy one get one free coupons and she said she didn't know.. Now mind you that's our total when we come WITHOUT coupons... They also didn't get my order right.. I asked for no onions.. And there were onions. Its not a big thing but after being charged $22 for technically 4 items, I'm a bit upset.. What the...

We already knew we like Culver's but this was our first time to eat at the new location in Westfield, IN. We are quite happy that there is finally a Culver's closer to home. We arrived around 7pm on Saturday evening. The restaurant was packed, but no wait at the registers. The order taker was very friendly and knowledgeable. Food came quickly. Everything was a delight. My partner is gluten free and got a gluten free mushroom & swiss burger. I got a double burger with the works--by whatever name they attribute to a double with the works. Everything was hot and fresh and came exactly as we have gotten at other Culver locations. They had plenty of staff and were keeping up with cleaning tables. If I could complain about anything it would be FOX news on the TV in the dining area--not that I don't like FOX, but that I really just don't want to hear or see the political blathering. The other TV had sports which we don't want to watch either. Surely there are channels that aren't sports or news. Still, they get five stars for burgers and fries that are better than the other fast...
