Highly recommend Jim and the service he offers. Not only do I call him for my personal computer issues, but as well as for two businesses that I run/manage. He is always quick to get started on a solution, and more often than not, has me back up and running earlier than quoted.

Something that Jim has that I personally find commendable is his attitude and approach towards customers and their issues. Oftentimes, I go to him in a rush thinking I know exactly what I want/need to have done. Jim slows down the pace and takes a look at all the factors in the equation, and sets me up with a solution that both saves me time in the short term, and money in the long term. My computer was sent in for a motherboard repair and I may have had the opportunity to turn it on once before another memory error happened. This could have been that the memory was not reset when the motherboard was replaced. I dropped it off with the promise that it might be looked at by the end of the day, mentioning that I was comfortable looking at it myself if it was a problem. Motherboard failed right after he replaced it, had to have it done again, never recovered data from hard drive, never got the RAM I ordered 3 months ago (he said it would be 1 week), rarely answers his phone, never returns calls, refuses to make an appointment or commit to a time he will be in his shop.
