We have been wanting to try family pizza for a while and have had a few local spots. The main concerns I see reviewers discussing are one off quality issues, and the place being dirty. To be forward, this isn’t a place that you sit down and dine in, in fact there is no seating. I did a thorough walk through and the place is in fact relatively clean but has some outdated items. The place was probably white tiles and shades back in the day, but has yellowed with wear and tear. Pizza places have a lot of grease touching the walls and floor. We got a pizza and wings and the pizza was very filling, lots of toppings, cooked perfectly. The wings were very crispy, not wet or saucy, but good in their own regard. I ordered spicy, they were not hot at all, this is fine because many people order spicy then complain wings are too hot in other places. This is a perfect, quick to pick up weekend pizza place, 36$ for the lot, can probably feed 4, we had about half leftover with 2 of us for a large pizza and the wings. They were quick and accurate on the prep time. Great local spot will go again, better than valley, Elms, alessios, Boston bay, and Millie’s in my opinion. About even with Pasquale’s but they make a white pizza which I don’t think Family pizza offers. Better wings than most places if you like them not saucy but very crispy.

This was my first time here and the pizza was delicious and super flavorful. It's loaded with toppings and the meat is very good. I purchased two medium's (16in) and it easily fed 3 adults and 3 children. I will say this, that if you're looking for the soft pizza crust of other chain pizza establishments, this is not for you. The crust is very hard and must be dipped in something in order to chew and swallow it. Its good but not easily eaten. The chicken tenders were large and worth the price. The BBQ that comes with it is spicy and probably not for kids but it is really delicious! I suggest dipping the crust in it.

Was in Westfield MA and needed a pizza place for a party. Decided to take a chance with Family Pizza based on other reviews. They did not disappoint at all. Woman on phone taking order was very friendly and repeated order to confirm. Pizzas were done on time for pickup. 3 pizzas, 1 with cheese, 1 with sausage and 1 with spinach, mushrooms, and sausage. All 3 were great and cooked perfectly with lots of toppings . Sauce amount is just right. Easy pick for pizza in Westfield, MA.
