I have been using Team Car Wash in Westfield for a little while now. (About 2 years.) I usually only get the oil changes and car wash combo.
I was going to the Wash Hounds In Union for a long time. (Stay away from them) The place was sold and went under new management. After a while, I noticed that my car was not getting cleaned, especially in the front and the back. I also noticed that it was taking a long time also to get a simple car wash and oil change, They never could find the special wrench to take my oil filter off, and waited while they looked. Also, they lost the hardware when taking off the under cover to get to the filter and never put all the screws back at times. I NOTICED, a lot of people standing around doing nothing. Never cleaned my door jams or cleaned the parts the car wash missed. I complained to the manager and he was very rude, and could not take customer feedback well, .Very confrontational. So I was gone.
I found the Westfield Car Wash, (Team Car Wash) and now a loyal customer. They are awesome, and friendly. They are organized, clean, and do the jobs right. I can now see the brand of oil and the weight they are using/putting in the car. They also made sure the car is clean.
I recently decided to have my car detailed, and I met Reggie for the first time. Super nice guy. I told him what service I was looking for. He looked at the car and gave me a good price. Scheduled an appointment right there and then..
The car is 9 years old, and had a good amount of dirt and grime built up. The light colored upholstery seats were showing its wear with the dirt. The car needed a really good cleaning.
When we went back to pick up the car, OMG, we were shock. It was really nice! The car was like new, I mean like new!
The front windshield was never so clean, The scrapes and marks in the paint were gone. The wheels sparkled and shined, which I had not seen for some time. The seats looked like they were new, and the interior had the new car smell. The floor mats were scrubbed, not just washed and let to dry. The headlights, parking lights, license plate lights and running lights were cleaned, They had this film around them, it was all cleaned off.
He spent time and cleaned the car very well.
Car looks like I just drove it out of the showroom. VERY, VERY HAPPY, with the work Reggie performed. Strongly recommend detail services to others. Work performed was above and beyond what we were expecting.
Team Car Wash performs great service, and very strongly recommend for all services.
Very grateful for the work they performed....
Read moreI recently visited Team Car Wash in Westfield to inquire about a ding repair and window tinting. I spoke with Reggie, who quoted me $275 for the ding and $325 for tints—both of which I felt were on the higher side. Instead, I opted for a full interior detail at $179.95, which initially seemed like a fair deal.
I dropped off my vehicle at 8 a.m. as planned, but Reggie was not present. I left the car with other workers on-site. Reggie called later to say he was running late, which was a little concerning, but I told him I needed the vehicle by 12 p.m., and he said that wouldn’t be a problem.
When I picked up the car, I had limited time due to a doctor’s appointment with my pregnant wife. I gave it a quick glance, and while it appeared clean at first, I noticed crumbs still visible on the seats and floors—odd for a 4-hour detail. Reggie mentioned the exterior wash would be done another day at no charge, since the car wash was closed, and that it would be “in the system,” though no proof was given.
Later that day, I inspected the car more closely and was very disappointed. The mats hadn’t been lifted—only surface wiped—and there was still food and debris underneath. Stains remained on the seats, and the trunk clearly hadn’t been vacuumed or touched at all. It became obvious that the interior was not shampooed, despite what was promised.
I called Reggie, and he offered to redo the job, but by then I was extremely frustrated. I explained that my wife is near her due date and I had hoped to have the car properly cleaned before our daughter arrives. I stopped by in person that same day to show him the missed areas, and while he did a few quick spot clean-ups, it still wasn’t the level of...
Read moreThis was my first time at Team Car Wash and it will not be my last. I was on the way to my previous car washing place and thought I should try this car wash instead since I was close by. From start to finish, it was a superb experience. Very easy to get into the area and line was not long and moved quickly. The staff was organized and did a great job cleaning the inside and outside of my car. I opted for the Shine and Protect plan which was the middle one in regard to pricing. Before I even had time to get a cup of coffee, the job was done. I found a few crumbs in the console, but asked one of the workers to just vacuum it out, but he came back and totally got everything. This always happens with my console. I do not fault them! The people at the register, Tyler and Connie could not have been nicer. I asked questions about the facility and about a possible detailing for my car. I went and spoke to Reggie, the manager of the detailing and he told me to just bring it by after it was washed and he would look at it and give me an estimate. It seemed reasonable and I totally trust that he will do a great job. The nicest guy, too! He explained the appointment procedures and time involvement. I will definitely call to set up an appointment with him and continue to come to this facility to get my car washed. They even do oil changes there. It is one thing to have excellent work done, but to have such friendly, caring employees working here is a plus. I like the location, too, because there is a little strip area to run over to the liquor store, Dollar Tree, or bagel store if you want to kill some time. Thank you, Team Car Wash. My car...
