Good family fun. And they are doing a lot to make it safe. Outstanding mini golf course (2 courses, actually) with water falls, cave, bridges. Lots of other activities. We also partook of the bumper boats and ice cream. Be aware that they are limiting the capacity of most activities (25 people per mini golf course) due to COVID. Wait times can be extremely long mid-day on the weekend. We arrived early (9:30am) on Saturday morning on Labor Day weekend with NO WAIT. When we were done with a round of mini golf and bumper boats, we overheard the wait to enter this area was 3 hours! So get there early, and beat the crowd! I applaud Kimball Farm's efforts to make this a safe experience for customers. Masks generally required (exception, seated in eating area), frequently sanitizing the outdoor picnic tables, hand sanitizing stations throughout the property. Their website properly describes all the safety measures (be sure to click on the Westford location to see the specifics). A reservation system to control the wait times mid-day might be a good solution. But we were able to make it work by getting there early. We hadn't even left yet, and my kids were already begging "Can we...
Read moreLacking in handicapped accessible parking with their overflow parking accross the Street being an unpaved lot so that should have been the 1st red flag. We were excited to play the handicapped accessible course but only found 6 holes that were accessible although the signage was confusing with the multiple courses intertwined with one another but we only went to the accessible holes we were able to find but it was still fun those 6 holes we got to play. With water splashing onto pathways that only led to steep stairs made for a bit of frustration as we had to then backtrack interrupting the party behind us just to find where the next actual handicapped accessible hole was which was hole 18 or in our case our 6th hole. No seperate frying stations for their fish so we couldn't even order any fried foods like French fries or chicken tenders with our fish and seafood allergies but at least they were able to accommodate our nut allergies and do have separate tools to safely serve non cross contaminated ice cream which was delicious. Great place for the able bodied with lots to do but not so great for...
Read moreCould be good. But has many drawbacks. The good-has a lot to do. The country store is nice and eating in the store is nice and prices fair. BAD- employees have no clue when asked a question. I asked one where I could park due to a full lot. The answer? "I don't know". The arcade is a ripoff. To get a prize worth 10 cents, you've got to spend 20.00. We waited 20 minutes on a weekday to buy our arcade cards because the person in front of us was buying for a group. WHY THE HELL HE DIDN'T TELL 7S THERE WAS A SELF SERVE MACHINE IN THE BUILDING? WHY? POOR TRAINING. One more negatinve- there must be a few "regulars" that meet in the store and, quite literally, tie up a table with no drinks, or food for hours. They didn't care that there were people, with food, waiting for a table. Whatever happened to non-ignorant people? We went to get 8ce cream, but only 1 window was open, and it was taking forever, so we just left. As I said, Kimball Farm could be nice if the fixed...
