The atmosphere was pleasant and quiet with only a few other diners. The food itself was enjoyable, and the lunch for two came to about $74.
However, the service from our waitress was very disappointing. She was visibly unfriendly and dismissive throughout. The lunch combo included a salad that was never brought out. We also ordered mixed drinks and water, but the water came without any straws. When we asked politely for straws, the waitress completely ignored us. After asking again, she responded loudly and rudely with, “I heard you.”
Despite the poor service, we still left a 14% tip out of respect for the overall experience.

Most recently (3/28) there apparently was only one waitress at dinner time. She was in constant motion. Like when she plopped down an app we didn’t order. When she finally showed up to take our order we explained that the app wasn’t ours. So, incredibly, she picked it up and took it to another table.
Or slid a glass of water across the table as she zipped by.
Or slapped down the check on another pass.
No “welcome” or “how is everything” visits.
The mangers/owners did stop by but never noticed how busy she was. Shame on them.
It’s a VERY NOISY place. TVs blaring with random games in. A party of 7 jammed into a booth clearly had something to celebrate and had no situational awareness. We changed seats to get away from the noise but it did not help.

That is not the Fuchi way! They totally ignore the order slips. The cooks just make it the way they want to. Then when you bring it to their attention, the staff argues with you. I have been trying to speak with one of the owners, Geno. I have called numerous times and at numerous times in the day … and he is never there.
