Tiny skatepark. This is more of a skate spot, not a park. The directions on Google maps is wrong about the entrance, and if you've never been to this community center before you will 100% get lost unless you read this- Upon arrival on maps, you have to drive up all the way. The skatepark is at the top. There is a small road that takes you to the top. It is a one lane road. If somebody is driving down and you happen to be driving up at the same time, you're screwed. Once you drive all the way up, there are 3 parking spaces. (2 normal, 1 for handicapped).
Like, SERIOUSLY? 3 parking spaces? Is this a joke?
Otherwise, you can park below by the soccer or baseball fields parking lot. Then, you walk all the way up on the stone path- it's blended in to the surroundings and it's hard to tell that this stone pathway is even there.
This skate "park" is for extremely advanced skaters. It is TRANSITION only (no small flatbar, street obstacles, etc). The smallest quarter pipe size is about 8 feet high. Absolutely nobody is going to be learning to drop in on a ramp that high. I have yet to find a skatepark in this area of California that beginners can go...

Small park.
Plenty of parking down below. Walk up the hill. Bathrooms down below. (Currently locked all the time, so plan...
