Flying Squirrel isn’t just a place to jump and play—it’s a place where families feel welcomed and kids of all ages and abilities can have a great time. From the moment you walk in, the staff create a fun, safe, and positive environment. They’re friendly, attentive, and go out of their way to make sure everyone feels comfortable and included.

The team’s energy and enthusiasm are consistent, whether it’s a busy weekend or a quiet weekday. They take the time to engage with kids, encourage them, and make sure they’re having a great experience. It’s clear they care about more than just running a fun facility—they focus on creating a space where everyone feels valued.

Flying Squirrel has quickly become a favorite spot for our family. It’s more than just a fun place to jump—it’s a welcoming environment where kids can be themselves, feel supported, and have an amazing time. Everyone there knows our son, Noah, and always makes him feel like a VIP the moment he walks in. We always look forward to our visits—the positive energy, caring staff, and inclusive atmosphere make it a place you want to keep...

PLEASE READ UP. SERIOUS MATTER Date: 09.09.23 at 2:00pm. Found a guy coming out the girl’s bathroom and he was confronted by the mother of one of the girls. The guy got really defensive and very aggressive to the point he was insulting the mother and threatening her husband and me to go outside so he can beat us up I guess. He was trying to deflect the blame and he knew exactly what to say to the employees. He has clearly done this before. The employees ended up laughing at the mother and acknowledging the guys argument about the mother being crazy. A few girls also mentioned there was a guy with the toilet door opened but she was the only one who spoke up. The mother shouted and made sure everyone at the lobby knew who this guy was but we got laughed at by employees and management didn’t act on the situation. They have cameras so they should confirm if the guy have been doing this for a while or maybe, like he said, an honest mistake, before trying to beat us up. Just watching out for the kids. Be careful. I’ll be monitoring the outcome. Law enforcement takes this kind of threats...

Awful experience. Overpriced place for very little time and extremely uptight staff. I had paid a 10 session pass for my 4 year old son and used to bring my 10 month old daughter (who can't even stand on her own) with us--the staff would not let her stand on any of the attractions unless we paid another $20 wristband and socks for her---they didn't even have socks her size! When I objected to this non-sense one of their staff members turned to my husband and said "please control your wife." The Manager of this place was just as awful. Worst customer service ever. I rather drive 20 minutes to Urban Air, which is bigger, more fun, cheaper, and has much friendlier staff. UPDATE: The Regional Manager for Flying Squirrel made a real effort to connect with me, hear about my experience, offer a sincere apology and commit to address the situation with his staff. He also offered to make sure we had a great experience if we ever decided to go back to the park and he kept his promise. I'm changing my rating because of the great leadership of the...

I come very often to Flying squirrel trampoline park in Weston. For the first time my son asks me to buy a card so I can play in the mechanical games. They tell me that there is a machine where you can buy these cards. I place the payment method and select a card and the machine throws me 10 cards. I see my account statement and 210 dollars had been debited. I went to the entrance to customer service and the manager of the establishment tells me that he can't do anything, that these machines are not the responsibility of this establishment. I don't understand or for the first time it happens to me that an establishment has machines that present this type of error and do not take care of it. They tell me that I have to call a number on the machine and the number on the machine is for maintenance. Definitely disappointed with the handling thinking that it is a serious company. I don't recommend it.

p area, a dodgeball court, and a basketball hoop. There is also a foam pit, a climbing wall, and a ninja obstacle course. The park is well-maintained and clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. One of the best things about Flying Squirrel Trampoline Park is that it is a safe place for kids to burn off energy. The trampolines are surrounded by padding, and there are plenty of staff members on hand to supervise the kids. The park also has a designated kiddies area with smaller trampolines and other activities that are perfect for younger children. Another great thing about Flying Squirrel Trampoline Park is that it is a great place for adults to have fun. There are plenty of activities that adults can enjoy, such as the dodgeball court, the basketball hoop, and the climbing wall. The park also has a cafe where adults can relax and enjoy a drink or snack.

Sadly we never made it inside, but management makes it clear that they don’t respect your time or appreciate your business. We called Monday (around 4pm) to confirm they were going to be open to the general public the next day, and to confirm that it would be their “sensory-friendly” day for special needs kids, as advertised on their website (first Tuesday of the month). No one picked up the phone. Called again Tuesday morning around 10am, no answer. When we arrived around 11:30am they had a sign on the door that they were closed for a private event until 3pm. There were several other families that were disappointed to find they were closed. A simple post on social media advising of the closure, or having someone answer the phone during normal business hours could have saved several families the inconvenience and disappointment for the kids. Do better.
