Today we went to this branch as we do it some Fridays for my children, my little son (5) asked for a milkshake, they brought us the order and the milkshake never arrived, when we had finished my son asked me again about his milkshake, I saw a person who was sitting at the next table I think he is the manager or the owner and I asked him if he could help me with that and he said yes and went and asked what was happening with the milkshake, seeing that the milkshake did not appear they asked a woman from their staff and she said that she had delivered it to another table and some time later when that table left they returned it and said that they had not ordered it, that table was in front of me and I saw how the they manipulated it and even smelled it before returning it, this woman received it and put it in the refrigerator, when they asked her where the milkshake was, she said it was in the refrigerator and proceeded to take it out to take it to our table, I saw everything that happened and I told them I didn't want that milkshake! At that moment, another of the staff began to speak to me in a loud tone, believing that I would be scared to which I replied that I did not want the milkshake and he didn’t like it, so I asked him to return my money and he very reluctantly proceeded to return it taking his time, then the person who I think was the manager or the owner approached giving unnecessary explanations and justifying the action of his employees which bothered me even more, he told me I'll bring you the milkshake to which I replied that I I didn't want it but he finally brought it and it stayed there because I didn't receive it, the point is if they do that with milkshakes I imagine they do it with hamburgers, fries etc, it's too bad to lose customers like that for not losing something that by their mistake a...
Read moreIt's been at least a year since we've had BurgerFi, so the change in menu was a bit of a surprise. (We miss the breakfast all day burger!) But there are a lot of great additions to make up for it! And RJ at the register was so nice, patient and helpful with answering any questions or requests that I had. I really prefer a human over a kiosk, I spend enough time on screens, thank you.
Their Steak Hangover Burger was phenomenal and it still gave that breakfast feel with the "steak and eggs and bacon" that are in it. My Mom had the Rodeo Burger and said it was just what she was looking for in a burger. I got a Yes, Chef Burger to go for my husband and he loved it.
I look forward to whatever special flavor of the month custard shake they have, and the smores one they have right now is amazing! My Mom had their strawberry shake and it was perfect with big fresh pieces of strawberry in it.
I've heard BurgerFi as a company has been having financial problems and some locations have closed, I really hope this one never does because it is just awesome. No, it's not a typical fast food burger place. The ingredients are top notch and there's no shrinkflation going on here. You get what you pay for and the food and custard shakes are worth the higher cost. The place is kept clean and has napkin dispensers at the tables. I'm glad they stopped having the automatic doors let all the cold air out constantly but the humidity is still getting in so a couple of degrees cooler with the ac would help alot.
Also, even if you're not eating in (if you do they bring your food and shakes to your table), there is obviously a lot more work in making your food and shakes here so stop being a cheapskate and tip. (Looking at you "Cheese name" who even sat...
Read moreThe staff is comprised of incompetent high schoolers who continuously disregard direct instructions on how to construct simple burgers. To those with allergies: I suggest choosing a different burger spot or driving the next town over to the next BurgerFi. I have severe food allergies to milk, and within the last 6 months I have received burgers with cheese a total of 5 times after triple checking there was no cheese option clicked. Therefore, I made it a habit to check the bag of food before leaving the premise to ensure I did not spend $20 just to be poisoned. I have went back countless times and made them re-do it. To which the teenagers working back of house snottily replied: “but it’s not real cheese, you know that, right?” Thank you Chad, but cheese made in a factory still has milk! I disregarded these experiences; however, tonight was the moment I accepted I cannot support this location of BurgerFi anymore. On my burger this time was, what a surprise, cheese. But not a whole slice… the workers preparing it clearly realized they made a mistake as they very obviously scraped it off the patty, leaving cheese residue all over the burger. I did my typical routine of checking to make sure they did not put cheese, saw no visible cheese when the box was open, but clearly now I need to tear apart the entire burger to check as they are now hiding the cheese, or “lack of it”. To people who have food allergies, this renders the meal inedible as even a little bit of the allergen will...
