Subway — Restaurant in Weston

This is a really nice, clean Subway location. I’ve been to this particular place two times. I would rate it five stars for cleanliness and correct orders, but I have to knock off two for customer service. Both times I’ve been there, I had a middle aged woman serve me. Each time, she says nothing until I start repeating my order (which is fine, but if you don’t let me know you’re ready to hear my order and just stare at me, it’s awkward?) and when I do, she gets upset that I want eggs on my order and repeatedly tells me it’ll cost extra. When I let her know that’s fine, she still has attitude with me and slams the oven door, ingredients, etc. I feel like there’s no reason to be so hostile, and as a healthcare worker who has to have good bedside manner for a living I really wish they’d work on it with this particular employee :/ All other staff are very kind, and if it weren’t for these two particular instances I would probably stay to enjoy my lunch break there instead of choosing to drive back to work and...

We ordered 3 6" combo meal's and they were great. HOWEVER... when I checked the receipt after we got home, I noticed that there was a $5.49 tip on it. I asked my husband if he had given a tip and he said he didn't know anything about it. He did say the the man at the cash register was doing something with the card reader, but he didn't pay any attention to it. He just swiped his card. I find this very unsettling and suspicious. Will pay more attention in the future and definitely won't be back to...

I’m a true tuna sandwich lover — it’s my absolute favorite — and I’ve visited many Subway locations all around Florida. But I have to say, this was my very first time at the Subway on 2804 Weston Road, and I was truly impressed by the excellent service I received. I’ve never experienced such friendly and attentive service at any other Subway before. The staff prepared my tuna sandwich perfectly, fresh and exactly how I like it.
