If I could leave 0 stars I would but system does not allow. My wife and I booked a trip Thru travel services with an agent named Rafael at Irvine office. The first thing that occurred was our flight was completely changed - so our seats with our younger kids were all over the place on plane. This is something that AAA agents are notified about. Agent just said - the time has changed but misinformed us - the entire flight changed as well as seats . Also , we both sat in front of him for couple hours during initial reservation and I asked him several times if there were any other fees I needed to know other than taxes . Agent said no, and failed to explain cleaning fee and other fee associated with condo we stayed at . I am a very busy person normally and I admit to sometimes not reading thru but also very upset that this agent after repeatedly asking him said there were no other fees . I attempted to contact him and basically he said , oh well your problem for not reading. This is not our 1st time booking a trip Thru AAA but not at the irvine office. Read moreI am a recent AAA member and I went in to the Irvine branch to use DMV service in order to get my personalized plates they took 100 dollars the fee from me made me wait 3 months got a postcard saying it was ready then 3 months later I walk in to the Irvine branch and this female associate Rana Persian attends to me. She refused to give me my license plates I called for the manager a female named Madison came both people were just strong arming me it was ridiculous I asked for regional manager number they gave me a manager at there call center whom all he did was listen to my complaint. Now I am disabled it was a horrible experience they can take my money but can't issue me the requested license plates. Disgusting AAA has no protocol other than harassment, and aggressive behavior. If you are considering getting AAA don't. They are an awful service that tries to give you support by telling you to reset your computer and troubleshoot you like a useless tech support operator. Read moreI had a horrible experience(2nd time) with same agent Tracy Ngo. 1st time a year ago . Unfortunately, she's the only one processing DMV renewals, so I had to deal with her again today. Not only was she awfully rude again and condescending but lost my paperwork with all my information on it(complete name, previous address, current address, PO. Box information, date of birth, Driver's licence number, car information) so I'm now concerned about identity theft as well. I addressed my concern with a manager at the office who was nice and professional, but, unfortunately he couldn't find my paperwork anywhere.
