The UPS Store — Attraction in Westpark

Do not go to this UPS store for a picture for your U.S. passport. l went in twice to this location today, both to get a picture for my online U.S. passport renewal submission. The employee was the same both times. I needed a digital pic to submit online for my passport. I let the employee know this and he did a physical pic, which I took home without thinking. Upon realizing my error (I needed the digital pic to submit online), I called and the same employee said I needed to come back in. I went back in and paid extra for him to email me the same pic from earlier (he said that would suffice for the U.S. passport). I just went to upload my pic on the state gov website and it says that the passport photo does not meet requirements. A lot of wasted time for me to end up going to fedex. Their pictures do not meet requirements for U.S. passports and this particular employee's customer service was seriously lacking. I don't normally care whether or not an employee is having a bad day but combined with the fact that their passport photos literally cannot be used for passports...just go...

FRAUD - THIS UPS STORE, SPECIFICALLY, I OPENED A MAILBOX 6 MONTHS AGO REMOTELY. THE UPS STORE HERE TOLD ME I NEEDED TO SEND OVER NOTORIZED DOCUMENTS, I DID. THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO FORWARD MY MIAL EACH MONTH. THEY DID NOT. - WHEN I FOLLWED UP THEY SAID I NEEDED TO UPGRADE TO A MEDIUM BOX (WITHOUT ANY KNOWLEDGE OF THIS ) AND ITS MORE MONEY. SINCE THEY WOULDN'T RELEASE MY MAIL, I AGREED - THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO FORWARD MY MAIL- THEY DID NOT - FOLLWOED UP AGAIN ,AND ALL THE SUDDEN THERE IS ANOTHER CHARGE TO FORWARD MY MAIL- 100 $ (NO REASON, JUST MORE MONEY) OK, I PAID THAT TO GET MY MAIL. NOW AFTER 6 MONTHS, I STILL DONT HAVE MY MAIL. - --- I CALLED UPS CORPORATE AND THEY INFORMED ME THAT THIS STORE IS ILLEGAL AND FRAUDULENT. THE OWNER HAS BROKEN EVERY UPS RULE AND IS NOT ALLOWED TO TAKE REMOTE MAIL BOXES. - THE OWNER REFUSES TO GIVE ME MY MAIL, REFUSES TO RELEASE IT VIA FORWARDING OR PICKING IT UP. -- MAIL THEFT IS A FELONY AND THIS UPS STORE AND ITS CRIMINAL OWNER IS GOING TO JAIL--- DO NOT WORK WITH THEM OR YOU WILL...

If I can give a 0 star review I would. Take your business to UPS Store 0015 instead. The staff at this location at most could only respond with "No I can't help" or "This is all we can do". They lacked any problem resolution skills and couldn't even provide any help to assist me in an emergency. Not only do they lack proper customer service skills, they refused to assist me any further because it was out of their pay grade or their "job skill". The best way they helped me was by telling me to go to another UPS store even though I was already planning on doing so. For any future business/personal needs, I recommend everyone to go to the UPS Store on Warner Ave.

As soon as I stepped inside the other store, the staff knew exactly how to help me. In less than 15min, I was able to complete my job and they saved my day. Never going to this UPS...
