Best on price sort of... and that's about it. I paid for my ipad mini screen to be repaired and the digitizer. It cost me nearly $200 dollars and I'm not impressed.
The screen wasn't even fully connected to the ipad. Large enough to maybe fit the side of a dime in some areas! I could squeeze it slightly and it would get thinner as a result.
Immediately after I got home from getting it repaired it turned on only to black out for nearly an hour. I can understand that this might not be their fault though.
However it wouldn't always respond to my touch and just glitch out and crash. And after about 2 months it is now "ghost touching." And whenever I type a letter it types about 15 of the same letter instantaneously. Which probably means a Broken Digitizer... OH GREAT ANOTHER $100 DOWN THE DRAIN.
Dirt now just goes under the screen with no easy way to remove it. And it's under the screen itself not a screen protector!
They are much cheaper than apple though and has a very kind staff so I will give them credit where credit is due... I regret leaving that $10 tip though.
Left edge of the screen doesn't even respond to the touch. I really hope they improve because I learned about this place through word of mouth

Read moreDO NOT BRING YOUR VALUABLES TO THIS PLACE! Please be very wary about bringing your electronics to this "business". I brought my MacBook Air here in April 2022 after the screen broke. Initially, I was satisfied with the job that was done only to realize today, January 25, 2023, I was scammed. My computer for some reason decided not to turn on this morning despite charging all night so I decided to contact Apple Support. I took my computer to the Genius Bar and they examined my computer to find out CiTiFiX put stickers and wrote all over the interior of my computer before installing the new screen. The technician at Apple stated that this is something that repair shops often do when "repairing" electronics so the unsuspecting customer will come back months later when their product eventually stops working and they have to pay this "business" more money for them to "fix" the problem again. Take their 5-star reviews with a grain of salt, these customers likely wrote their glowing reviews shortly after receiving their device not realizing months later it would become defective again as a result of this CiTiFiX scam. Do not fall for this scam. Avoid this establishment at all costs! Bring your devices to their original...
Read moreI am so happy I chose this place! My phone's charger port was fried. He helped me swap phone pieces from another phone I had. That phone had a faulty screen however so we swapped my perfectly good screen to that one. When I paid him I wanted to tip him for the great help (he saved all my pictures!!) but instead of receiving it like a tip, he gave me a phone case I kept eyeing without charge. Well, the screen didn't seem to be the issue. The phone kept up with that "phantom finger" crap so finally after about a month, I went back with money in my pocket to just buy a new phone. Instead of seizing the opportunity to sell me another phone, the repair guy took the time to still investigate why the phone wasn't working. He discovered the issue and fixed it for only a 1/3 of the price I would have spent on a new phone! When I went to tip him again, instead of receiving it like a tip, he included a tempered glass cover on the screen. I will always do business with this guy moving forward! He is honest, extremely fair in prices, and definitely knows...
