Worst service ever!! I called to place an order for a medium pizza a sausage calzone and a chicken ceasar wrap. Once the order was placed they called me back to confirm my order and change my total because the man I placed my order with was "confused" the food arrived in a timely manner. The driver was very pleasant I signed the receipt gave it back to the driver when she said oooo did you want a sausage and pepperoni calzone. I said again no I only wanted sausage. She said well is it ok or would you like me to bring you a new one I responded with I would like a new one it's no big deal but I can't have the pepperoni. We laughed for a moment as she explained the guy who took my order in the first was confused and she thought it was just sausage but no worries she would bring a new one out. This all happened at 730. My husband and children ate their dinner as I waited for mine to come thinking it should be quick because they made the error. The ceasar wrap and fries my husband ordered were not even edible. He threw away the entire wrap because it was mush and nasty. The pizza was great! At 830 I called to find out where the driver was and was told the driver was on their way. At 10 I finally shut my light off guessing no one would be coming back. Mind you I still haven't eaten dinner. At 1030 we see a car driving by looking for something my phone rings and it's the delivery driver asking where my house is because they are here. I said you were supposed to come 3 hours ago and he responded sorry we got busy. So I turn my light back on and go outside the driver said sorry I couldn't find your house because no light was on when I said that's because you were supposed to be here 3 hrs ago. So I take the calzone into the kitchen I open it and to have some IT'S COMPLETELY COLD!! This is a small hidden gem despite what some of these people say. Delivery issues shouldn’t warrant a bad review… If you don’t like the style of pizza that’s fine but it’s thin and the bottom has a little char not as much as New Haven. It’s a cross between New Haven and NY style. If you don’t like that style or aren’t from CT and “don’t get it” you shouldn’t leave a bad review. I found this place in my town bc of the good reviews. This place is amazing!! Kids eat wings love them, grinders are good, curly fries good, huge calzones, garlic knots are fantastic. MOST of all the pizza!!! It’s amazing!!! The Napoli pizza is my personal favorite but I’ve been ordering for a couple of years now maybe and never once disappointed. The people are super welcoming and friendly too. What’s funny is the complaining reviews also note how the wait is “too long” or “waited forever” that’s bc it’s busy!!! Because it’s so good! This is our place and we let everyone know. This place is completely trash. I say that because customer service and food was awful. I called this restaurant for first time today because I saw there grand opening schedule at my job. I specifically told the guy taking my order via phone I wanted to pick up a bacon cheeseburger w curly fries deluxe. Also that its my first time ordering here.

So I arrived and come to find that my order total was higher than what I expected because the guy rang me up for double bacon cheeseburger deluxe with and added curly fries. Something I def didn't order and they could've fixed, but phone clerk i spoke too prior wasnt present and an older man that was cashing me out was looking cluless about everything like on some "hurry up and pay " type vibe, so i rocked with it like watever. He even had the nerve to try and charge me extra for a pepsi can soda.

I get home and the bacon in my burger was stringy and rubbery. Oh yea it was burnt too. Like a mf.smdh Completely slide thru my burger. Never again will I eat...
