Burger King — Restaurant in Wheeling Township

I hate being misled (or outright lied to) by the marketing people. I saw on my receipt at this BK that if I took their online bkexperience survey, I would receive a free whopper at next visit. In attempting to login to the survey I found nothing on the receipt that looked like a store number. (You have to enter the store number to start the survey.) I called several BK restaurants starting with the original one. The responses varied from a hangup to one store manager telling me the store number was the phone number. Nothing worked.

I called the corporate office in Miami where the receptionist there gave me a number that satisfied the survey requirement. Once I got over the store number hurdle I was able to enter the 20 digit survey code that was on the receipt.

At that point all I could get was a message that said "Sorry, we are unable to continue the survey based on the information you provided. Please try again."

Horrible experience at this restaurant. They got my order wrong and gave me no receipt. I tried calling to complain about my order and the number that's on google was wrong. I was mad because I couldn't reach them so I had to call to another Burger King ( where I usually go ) I asked them kindly if they can please give me the phone number for the Burger King in wheeling and they gave me the correct phone number with the area code of 847. While I was calling the manager picked up the one that took my order I explained to him how he got my order wrong and he gave me an attitude right away. I was even more mad that he gave me an attitude and I also explained how he never gave me my receipt that's when he lowered his voice down. After this experience I'm never going back to that horrible place with terrible customer service. Never going back!! This owner whether out of spite or money is having cars towed out of his lot when they go to Eggsperience right in the same lot. There is no signage that says it's a burger king lot. I parked right in front of Eggsperience and my car along with at least 6 others were towed. It also cleared the restaurant when people realized what was happening because everyone was parked there. I assume this person makes some kickback on the towing because if he really didn't want people to park there, he would have a sign up that says burger king parking only. We were at Eggsperience but I have eaten at this Burger King many times. Never again!!. When I went to the towing company to get my car, they said they tow lots of cars out of that lot everyday. What a great way to do business. Trick people into parking in your lot and then have them towed. I attached pictures and you can see how...
