Worst experience ever will not go back here. Bought a freezer and was told I could come back next week to pick it up since I didn't have a truck and didn't want to spend a extra 90 on a delivery out of town. Came back next week to get it and they had delivered my freezer to someone else. So I was told he would have to call the other person to see if I could take the one they had bought which was fine but then when that person didn't answer I was told I would have to come back. My brother had to take off work early to come with me so i asked if he was going to deliver it and cover the cost he told me no because it was not his mistake it was the moving company he uses mistake. Im like well then that is your mistake cause you are the one that uses them you should of made sure they delivered the right one and pay for the cost if delivering mine and then take it up with the moving company he still said nope. We get half way out if town he calls say I can come get the other one if I want it and if I really didn't need it I wouldn't of went back. My wife and I bought a washer and dryer from here. Paid all the money upfront. From the first time we used the washer and dryer they were both making very bad noises. When we spoke to the lady Beth when we bought them she said the deal was if anything happened they would try to come fix it first and then replace it if they cannot fix it. Basement technicians out two or three times and the problems got worse and worse. After the last time they sent someone out they told us they weren't going to replace them they were going to refund us our money and they came and got the washer and dryer. I do not recommend this company at all. And the lady best acted annoyed every single time my wife called complaining about the problems. I would never recommend this place. I went in and bought a washer and dryer set. The day we got them, they had problems. She sent out 2 different repair guys, 3 different times. The problems were never fixed and honestly got worse. Their refund policy is to fix it, replace it, or refund. She went straight to a refund. There was never a time when she tried to replace them.
