I had the best/geatest/wonderful, experience with the Cricket store employees in Wichita, Kansas. The best experience that I've ever had with cell phone service! A young lady named, Jasmine helped me. She had great customer service skills & very competent in her job. While working with Jasmine I observed a young man named, Robert helping another customer. He too offered great service to his customer. I had the opportunity to meet the store Manager, Steven. I could easily see why & how these three employees were rendering high quality service to all customers. This young man was very attentive to my request. Steven worked tiresly to address, correct & solve my issue. This phone had not worked for three days. Steven would not stop until he got my phone working,,!! Steve was so kind, courtesy & extremely competent in solving my major issue. While waiting for my phone to update I had opportunity to witness Steven & Robert assist customer after customer, putting out many fires! Steve & Robert greeted everyone who entered their store with smiles & greeting words. Steve offered my a cold drink while waiting. It's difficult for me to express my gratitude in writing. Other than to say if other Cricket stores & 1-800 number offered this highest quality of service your company, Cricket, would remain the #1 cell phone service of choice!!

Read moreI switched over from tmobile hoping to save money on my bill every month and I already had a Samsung galaxy note 9 that got flashed over to cricket. I was also paying insurance on it every month just in case I ever broke it. Well I cracked the screen and needed it replaced. That's when cricket informed me that they wouldn't replace or repair a device that they didn't sell me. If that was the case then why did they tell me it wouldn't be an issue if it ever got damaged? I made sure to elaborate on the fact that my phone was not a cricket device and still I was told it wouldn't be a problem in the event of an incident. So I asked them what they were going to do with the $9.99 they were charging me every month because they needed to either reimburse me the money I paid every month or I wanted the money credited to my account. It's been 3 months since I've had this conversation with them and I still haven't had the funds reimbursed nor has it been credited to my bill. I'm pretty close to walking...

Well it was 10 mins till closing time and both the two employees that were there denied helping, saying system is too slow and they were going to close. Employee told me to call the customer service number 611. Once I left 4:50tbey closed the door behind me.
