The weirdest thing happened today. I ordered two scoops (regular size) of English Toffee Crunch and raspberry mud pie in a cup. When the ice cream came out the person making it said mud pie and cookies and cream. So I said sorry that is not mine because that is a cone and also I had English Toffee. This person said sorry this is cookies and cream and went to go back and fix it when the other lady taking my order came this side, grabbed the cone, and flipped it in a cup and said no THIS IS the English Toffee. I just don’t know why she would lie and act like that and glad I took a picture of the cookies and cream she gave me. So weird. I almost wanted to throw it out and pay them again to make the right order, especially since they don’t do samples and I really was looking forward to the English Toffee. Maybe the owners should be less strict on the workers here. Because who lies over preparing the wrong order… it’s an ice cream scoop not a plate...

Best ice cream. They have unique flavors locally owned by a good family. She hires students for summer helpers who always do a great job. Location has changed over the years but soon to get a permanent space. I would recommend creating summer memories here with family members. I think they take cash only but not a problem with cash machine close. Service is quick so if there is a line worth the wait. They have a second location at Mass Moca with lunch food. Ice cream is wonderful. Eat there or to go. My children never say no to...

one of the workers (a tall guy with brown hair) came around to the line after i had waited for 15 minutes and yelled at everyone that they were closed and that everyone had to leave. this was not the first time this specific worker had done this and we told him how long we had been waiting and he refused us service. again, this was not the first time this guy has done this!...
