Produce Place Market & Deli — Attraction in Willoughby Hills

Sun Plum market seems to have decent products, but their customer service is terrible.

I was walking around the store, minding my own business and looking at the products that this store offers. I asked how many pounds are in a bag of apples to a man stocking the vegetable section (for a price comparison to loose apples). After asking, I walk to a different section of the store and while looking at the shelves, the man who answered my question before walks over to me and directly accuses me of being paid by another store to spy on them. After that, obviously I didn't feel comfortable looking around the store, so I left. Upon later Googling, I find out that it was the OWNER who accused me. I look young, but most businesses are smart enough to not disrespect a customer solely on their age which is ironic, because the owners themselves are in their young...

I absolutely love going to this market! It's the best place I've ever found ! Produce is fresh and cheap! I got 3 great pork chops for $4.00. I'm always broke and I love shopping here! So happy my Boss took me here one day! They have great sales, some things are expensive but i also shop at giant eagle as well for most meat. But it's great for produce, wine, baked goods, homemade stuff/local stuff, lunch meat and others! I highly recommend trying this market atleast once ! It's very fun, kids would love it and like I did cheap for healthy foods great for vegetarians, vegans or meat lovers! Shopped at the Produce Place today for some deli products and fruit. My hubby and I are so impressed by the outstanding quality and reasonable prices we paid! The strawberries, smoked turkey, and salami and brown sugar ham were much better quality-wise (just so very fresh and delicious) than Marc's or Aldi's, where we typically shop and the cost was less (there was a deli sale). Also, the staff at the deli and cashier were extremely courteous and helpful and friendly, which was a delight! They also have some amazingbakery products ... Amish products and imported products ...which we will definitely take advantage of next time we visit! So many other neat things we did not expect. Can't wait to...
