This is a gorgeous facility. I've been there multiple times and everytime everyone is always pleasant and super helpful. They hold various events for all ages, and I started their quilting/sewing classes that started today. I wasn't sure what to expect, but it exceeded any and all expectations. They have private study rooms that anyone can use also. They also started to loan out various tools, recording microphones,etc. That is for all of Delaware public libraries I believe. Read moreI had family visiting from NC due to Hurricane Florence. So, I took my 2-1/2 and 4 year old nephews to the new library on Route 9. They had a blast! It was so much fun. We read books, played and educational game on the PC, played with magnetic objects of all of shapes to build their own creations. The library even has a Lego Room that we finally got to, and the kids were filled with amazement and joy. What a wonderful outing! I am so happy they got to experience going to the library. Prayerfully going to the library will be just as fun when they return to NC....

I was here to co-facilitate a local community training and was struck by not only the sheer beauty of the structure, but also by the community in which it exists and which it serves. Aside from the clean lines and warm tones throughout, this library also boasts a fresh cafe and movie theater.
The abundance of reading, study, etc. rooms available truly elevates this space from staid depository to engrossing resource.
