I had stayed here recently and between moving to a new place service was not. Up to part, you have to constantly ask for things. And then the manager always says, yeah, you can't get a lot of stuff. But once a week, which is crazy to me, they expect you to have the same laundry bed sheets. And everything, 4 weeks at a time, before changing the rooms are outdated. Some of the rooms are very old looking, it's a few rooms that do look decent. That's been changed. But the area is steel, and that will maintain, they continue to try to change the price on you. They tell you 67 when you call, but then when it's time to pay for more time, depending on who's at the desk, they tried to go up on prices. Especially if it's the weekend, they also are not real friendly. It seemed annoyed when you ask for too many things or ask for stuff to be fixed or done better. It's crowded area with a lot of activities in and out clear that it's drug activities out there along with other activities. That's not really good. They also have a few sex offenders on their property. When I was there, I was even flashed, one time by a gentleman, trying to get my attention, and when I asked, what was it, he was saying to me, he had flashed me in his doorway, which is crazy knowing that there's kids around For him to be bold enough to do that, the cops are in and out of there. So clearly it's other activities going on as well. Overall, the place is not very suitable for anyone with young children. So if you have young kids, I would be sure not to let them too far out your sight and don't allow them to knock our well past strangers' doors. Also drug activity, this on, and off all day, every day, people constantly in and out at weird times besides normal times of the day, I'm bringing stuff and out to people and the grounds could be kept up better. Overall, if you're someone that needs to stay for more than a couple days or a week. I would not...
Read moreI should have realized this place was subpar by what looked like a bulletproof window between me and the front desk. I had to visit this front desk for a new key card each time I used it because it never worked more than once. "Don't put them near your car keys" was the only helpful suggestion they could offer. Some of my towels were filthy and looked like someone stepped on some of them with dirty shoes. The bathroom was disgusting. Although it was non-smoking room, there were cigarette burns on the tub. The sink had no stopper, just a hole, and the floors were sticky. I flipped the switch for the exhaust fan. The squealing of metal on metal is something that I don't think I can ever forget. The room itself smelled like a combination of sweat and some weird perfumed cleaner that was used to mask it. It didn't. The walls were chipped and someone spackled over some areas, but forgot to paint over them. The table by the door had bugs crawling on it. The stench of pot found its way through my door that had visible sunlight shining through the bottom and sides. They even found a way to make watching TV miserable. Mine had to be reset using the menu bar each time that I turned it on. There was a mini fridge and microwave- both were filthy. The freezer section had frozen over so badly, there was a mound of ice covering it both inside and out. There was no lamp or nightstand next to my bed - just an overhead light with the switch by the door. You had to carefully maneuver your way to the bed when going to sleep. The only plugs available were half way up the door wall (a number of feet away) and one in the bathroom area, which made charging my cell phone especially challenging. The smells, the filth and the bugs are this hovel's only claims to fame. Why this place has not been condemned by the health department is a complete...
Read moreMy daughter and I stayed at your Super-lodge just past midnight on 11/22 . I was trying to get back home to NC from NY after picking up my daughter from a horrible situation and it was incredibly late and so we reserved a room at your establishment. Room 354 was the room we were given. When we entered the room the TV was on, the lights were on in there and the toilet was running as if someone had just been in the room. There were dead smashed flies still stuck to the wall in the bathroom. The furniture appeared to have puke and other unmentionable substances caked on the legs and surfaces. The floor had NOT been vacuumed and there were burn marks all over the tub and the floor of the bathroom. The curtain barely was attached over the window and had what appeared to be tape in various spots along the curtain as if someone tried to tape it closed and you guys just left the tape on it. There was a giant hole in the wall behind the door that obviously needs to be patched up. The walls had crusty stuff and dead bugs smashed and left stuck to the walls. I was surprised there were no bed bugs under the bed. Although under the mattress was absolutely disgusting with crumbs and dirt and god knows what all else. I felt disgusted being in that room. I had no choice but to try to get a few hours of sleep though before we had to get back on the road. I cannot believe you would charge $60 for a room like that. It was the MOST uncomfortable hotel room experience I have ever had. I truly hope all your rooms are not that disgusting. Please advise of the owners information so that I may inform them of this situation, I’m sure they would like to know what is happening in their hotel rooms.
Thank...
