When people go I to business you can tell when they do it for themselves as opposed to they do it to share something spectacular with others. Here they do it for themselves There is really not much on the menu (no problem with that) but when you ask how does an item taste and they reply they don't eat the food...it's aRED FLAG,now it could mean many things but for me it's lack of interest in your craft. Yet you are selling it to me. It's better you tell me you are allergic. I asked the only customer who was there how was the food and they said don't get the,,,,only get the fries. I took they advice..yet you see how I rate the food. This is a great place to go if you are going in to the food business and want to know WHAT NOT TO DO!...

I ordered a full rack of ribs and I only got 6 ribs bones, a full rack of ribs are 12 to 13 bones, so I paid $20 for a half a rack of ribs. The ribs were so dry and burnt, they were nasty. If I could have gave no stars I would have... And then they drowned it with sauce so you couldn't see it was burnt... 0 stars.....
