Spare Rib Xpress — Restaurant in Delaware

When people go I to business you can tell when they do it for themselves as opposed to they do it to share something spectacular with others. Here they do it for themselves There is really not much on the menu (no problem with that) but when you ask how does an item taste and they reply they don't eat the food...it's aRED FLAG,now it could mean many things but for me it's lack of interest in your craft. Yet you are selling it to me. It's better you tell me you are allergic. I asked the only customer who was there how was the food and they said don't get the,,,,only get the fries. I took they advice..yet you see how I rate the food. This is a great place to go if you are going in to the food business and want to know WHAT NOT TO DO!...

I'm a chef, tonight I have the worst ribs I have ever had. I ordered a full rack of ribs and I only got 6 ribs bones, a full rack of ribs are 12 to 13 bones, so I paid $20 for a half a rack of ribs. The ribs were so dry and burnt, they were nasty. If I could have gave no stars I would have... And then they drowned it with sauce so you couldn't see it was burnt... 0 stars..... Look at all the reviews, the owner only answers the good reviews..... What's up with that ????? Let's make it a -5 stars........ Went down hill from when...

Order take out and the food was trash I ordered the jumbo fired shrimp platter and it was horrible, a baked potato was told is comes with butter and sour cream that was a lie, also a Cesar salad and the lettuce was warm and nasty, never again!!! I paid a total of 60 dollars, I was told other things on the menu are good I believe everything on a menu should be good especially if it’s a consistent menu. PS I’m laughing at the thought of ...
