Edna Boykin Cultural Center — Attraction in Wilson

The Edna Boykin Cultural Center is a gem nested in downtown Wilson. This theater has a grand proscenium arch and a beautiful balcony. Between touring productions, local theater groups (Playhouse,AFY, and Vision), and other community rentals this theater has something going on that you will be impressed is happening in Wilson NC. The staff and volunteers in this building are extremely friendly and helpful. The seats are comfortable and there isn't a bad view.

Boykin Cultural Center has a very wide range of plays + concerts. Great for family outings. Sept 20@1900 features the"Moonlight Swing Band" of WilsonNC. Quality Big band at it's best. Featured singer is absolutely fantastic ! She's as good as I've ever heard in person as well as easy in the eyes ! I understand proceeds will be donated to Wilson "Round House Museum". First time here for a show. Wonderful small town theater, for arts and culture. Saw Lets Hang On, a Frankie Valle Four Season show which was also great. The theater was everything you would expect in a small town. Will defiantly consider other shows here. Nice job...
