Just Pools — Attraction in Windsor Township

NOT DESERVING OF 1 STAR - We bought an inground salt water pool from Just Pools about 10 years ago, it wasn't a smooth process, we had a few issues and their customer service was horrible. This year when we took the cover off the screws going into the track had rusted and the entire track had popped out. This in itself caused the liner to rip about 40 inches in one place and come loose in another. The screws they used were not made of stainless steel or another component meant for weather and salt water. Of course we did not know this until this happened. Make a long story short, it is mind blowing that a pool company would knowingly use regular screws and not the correct screw type for an outdoor, salt water pool. As simple as this may seem to most, it is not simple at ALL. After 10+ years one would expect to replace a liner, no problem and is fully expected. With this situation not only do we have a liner to replace but also have to demo all the concrete surrounding the pool, replace the track with the proper material and re-pour the concrete at our cost. When we called Just Pools - MADONNA - we were told they use whatever screws come with the pool (in-ground and Just Pools installed). No assistance offered to stand behind their installation or craftsmanship. In fact, argument over the fact that all screws will rust. It's a bit funny as the screws that outwardly show inside the pool and not hidden by a liner are all stainless steel. No doubt that even if the manufacturer of this particular pool sent the incorrect screws, someone knew to use the correct ones that would be seen. NO doubt that they may have saved a few bucks by putting cheap aluminum screws where they were hidden. HUGE disappointment Just Pools and a HUGE costly mistake that was not necessary. I don't care how long it has been, if we installed anything and it was error on our part, we would stand behind our work and at least offer to assist in correcting the issue. You should be ashamed of yourselves and should not represent yourselves as pool experts. WE WILL NOT RECOMMEND JUST...

After not opening our pool since 2021 due to a torn liner that needed replacing, we faced significant challenges finding a company willing to take on the job after our previous liner failed prematurely. Just Pools, who built the pool for the previous homeowners, proved to be a lifesaver. They provided a reasonable quote over the phone after asking pertinent questions about our needs.

Throughout the process, Just Pools demonstrated exceptional communication and proactive problem-solving. They kept us informed about potential issues and ensured their installation team of Jeremy and Jesus, had everything necessary to address any challenges. Despite temperatures in the 90s, Jeremy and Jesus worked tirelessly, paying meticulous attention to detail without rushing the job. They identified flaws in the previous installation that likely contributed to our liner's failures and presented us with multiple options for other issues they found.

The installation was completed in just a day and a half. Prior to leaving we had the opportunity to ask questions and were provided with thorough instructions on maintenance and early issue detection. Although our pool isn't yet swim ready, the difference in the quality of this liner installation compared to our previous experiences is already evident. We're grateful to Just Pools, Jeremy, and Jesus for their professionalism and dedication to ensuring our pool's long-term functionality...

The only promise Just Pools kept is that they would have our pool installed just in time to close, which was last October. I thought we made the right choice in pool installers, but as the months pass the lack of communication, follow up, and fixing problems is amateurish. Not only did I NOT get the mesh cover we were told we were getting when they installed the vinyl one it tore with in 2 weeks of installation. When their pool attendant came in November last he said it was defective and that is was under warranty with manufacture. and that come summer it would be replaced. Now we are told it's our problem because we damaged it....Seriously ! I have contacted the owner numerous times to let them redeem themselves in making it right and STILL have not received a call. We were told that they would open our pool and give us a class on how to operate. That has not been done either. We now have to hired another pool company to finish THEIR job! Just Pools is a second rate company, who is careless...
