New China — Restaurant in Arnold Township

I find it extremely ridiculous to read some of these comments about ONE bad experience they may have had and give it one star yet they state, "usually the food is good or prepared correctly." I don't see their good reviews Every Other Time they had gotten their food the way they wanted. I personally enjoy the food. Yes things happen... at ANY restaurant... but I've had WAY more 5 star experiences here and wouldn't ever rate them 1 star because of 1 bad experience!!! McDonalds messes up your order probably 9/10 times but you'll still frequent there. These small business deserve a chance to make it right before bashing them on the internet and as I've read have made it right more times than not. I bet you people have screwed up at your own jobs more times than the Chinese restaurant screwed up ur order...maybe u should should get fired for your performance that one time even though u may do it right every...

Prices listed online are not accurate. When I called to inquire about pricing, associate answered with an immediate defense about delivery time. I explained the delivery time and charge were not a concern and that I’ve tipped very well in the past as well as tonight’s delivery due to obvious delivery efforts on both occasions. She remained defensive when I explained that the prices displayed online didn’t coorolate with prices on the recipt. Associate aggressively let me know that the online price was over a year outdated and assured me that there was an updated menu placed in the bag delivered. She didn’t express concern about updating online information or customer satisfaction..Associate carried on with argument until...
