Please be careful when ordering from them. I went with friends as a first timer. It was a lovely day, I enjoyed the experience. I ordered 6 bottles of wine, joined the wine club. I made a mistake on the order and asked for a new sheet. I should have ripped it up. I redid the order and assumed everything was taken care of. After I returned to New York, I got a notice that my order was on the way to be delivered 6/7 and charge card had a 404.00 debt on it from KJ. I called and spoke to a lovely woman who looked into it and stated she would cancel my order, that this should not have happened and would refund my money. I got another notice that an order was being delivered now in the 9th but no refund. I called and spoke to a man this time who kept insisting that I ordered a case even though I kept explaining what happened and the person who did our wine tasting knew that. I asked to have the shipment canceled but I was told it was too late. I told him I did not want a case of wine (6 bottles of 2 different types. 1 I don't remember tasting which was probably the mistake). I feel like I was taken advantage of as a novice. My guide for the wine tastings knew I made a mistake but put 12 bottles thru instead of 6. Beware of what you are ordering. This is not honest. He didn't even try to work with me or try to help me in any way just kept saying they really want me to try the wine. This really turned a beautiful into something...

Kendall Jackson is a high-quality winery that has been in Sonoma County for over 20 years. They have a great tasting room on the north edge of Santa Rosa along Hwy 101. The wines are well made, and there is a nice variety. Prices are very affordable. The staff was educated and helpful, the grounds beautiful. If you are from out of the area, this is a great place to visit. There is such a variety of wines, that you will be sure to find something you like.

Personally, I live locally and I am turned off by the volume Kendall Jackson produces. There are so many small boutique wineries that I prefer to spend my time where a winemaker specializes in 2 or 3 varietals such as just Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, or just Bourdeau blends. Kendall Jackson produces 9 types of Chardonnay and 8 Cabs not to mention all the other popular varietals and blends. I'm leaving this review because I gave Kendall Jackson a visit yesterday 11/3/18 for a Wine Road event. We had a white wine paired with homemade White Bean and Ham Hock soup. Both the soup and wine were great and made a great pairing.

If you want to sample a wide range of quality wines that are priced right, Kendall Jackson is the perfect place for a...

Wow! This winery had an unexpectedly impressive vegan multi course meal and wine pairing, I was m blown away with their vegan dishes and how delicious the wine was given they are known to be a mass wine producers, their estate does a wine tasting with their selective smaller batch estate wines.

I was part of a group of 7 who mostly all ordered the regular lunch menu with one other vegetarian, they had an elegant dining set up with a big bright airy tasting room that had beautiful views and setting for lunch.

The service was attentive, informative, and accommodating and the vegan dishes were so intentionally crafted (unlike the common sad salads and lack luster substitutes), with delicious vegetables straight from their garden on the property - I especially loved the collard green stuffed with mushrooms and farro with a super flavorful broth (pictured), they even had vegan cheese for the last course, and a dark chocolate truffle for dessert.

Definitely a place worth stopping by, don’t be steered away just because it is a mass label brand, it’s rare to find a solid vegan food and wine pairing...

Needs to be more accommodating. Walked in excited, super nice, and laughing. The place is borderline empty and they said they were full up and could not accommodate pouring 2 glasses of wine and was "outside the scope of their business model"... Hey Kendall you will make more money and more people happy pouring glasses to people who walk in. Don't get me wrong the place is nice, but we don't need more stress in our lives or people telling me I can't participate because I'm not part of your 1% club. You could have made 2 people happy and had super nice people talking to folks on site but instead you said thanks but no thanks. Time to change your mindset. Update after winery reply: You tried to fact check me without looking at your own website. You do not say on the home page or the visit us page "we do not serve by the glass". We went to several places that day and weekend that served by the glass with zero issue. Sometimes you don't want to buy a bottle 1 person likes red the other white... Anyway. Not changing my opinion. But make sure you review the website "in full" before considering this place.

My wife and I had a wonderful wine tasting experience at Kendall-Jackson Wine Estate & Gardens. The tasting areas (both indoors and outdoors) are in a lovely mansion surrounded by beautiful gardens. We toured the gardens which are like a botanical garden on par with the gardens at Filoli Gardens and Butchart Gardens. We felt very welcomed by the employees. We arrived early to our tasting and were welcomed by one employee who gave us an extra tasting to enjoy while we waited for our reserved tasting to start. There is a nice selection of merchandise available, and my wife got a lovely shirt. Our tasting was at a private table outdoors facing the gardens. We tasted a wide range of delicious wines and several that were not in the standard tasting. All of the wines were outstanding. I especially loved the two dessert wines and the red wines. Our tasting was accompanied by a generous charcuterie board which went well with the wines. Our hostess was very friendly and informative. This is probably our favorite winery. We purchased 11 bottles of wine. We loved the wine, food, and the service. We will return.
