Pack Ship & More — Attraction in Windsor

I’ve been a loyal customer of Pack Ship & More for years and have always appreciated their convenient location, friendly staff, and the wide range of services they offer. Whether it’s mailing packages, picking up unique local products, or getting help with shipping supplies, I’ve consistently had positive experiences here.

However, I recently had an issue with their copying services that I feel is important to share. I recommended Pack Ship And More's copy services to a client, who needed promotional materials for an upcoming event. My client placed an order for poster-sized prints and flyers, and when I picked them up, all of the copies had pale green vertical lines running through them. The staff assisting me insisted that the lines were in the original file, but after double-checking and confirming with my client, it was clear that the files were clean.

I returned to the shop to try to resolve the problem, but unfortunately, I did not feel that my concerns were handled with much care. I was also disappointed that after I followed up directly with a detailed email and photos explaining what happened, I never received any response from the owners.

Because of this experience, I can’t recommend Pack Ship & More for copying or printing services, especially for time-sensitive professional materials. That said, this does not take away from all the other good things they do. They have been a reliable, helpful business in many other respects, and I will continue to use them for shipping and retail needs.

Overall, while I’m disappointed by the lack of follow-through in this situation, I still believe this is a solid local business that provides valuable services to the community. After finally conceding all the gifts for family all around greater bay area were going to be relayed by others after a ZOOM/Covid concerned Xmas, I was dreading the typical scene of long line patience and minimal assistance to be found at most shipping/mailing sources. Glad my hunch was to walk in door at Pack Ship& More in Windsor. Even while standing in line, my armload was acknowledged with a friendly gesture, and requested guidance was provided to get ready. Great service with a smile I could "see" through the masks we must wear, made me an extremely happy guy! They didn't request it, but, I feel compelled to highly recommend Pack Ship & More as the best place I've ever experienced for mailing/shipping needs! Highway robbery, their prices for shipping are far more than any other shipper. $122 to ship 6-bottles (my own packaging) to Chicago, when my other go-to place, Crown charges $36. Every time I take packages to this store it’s always so expensive. I’m not comparing them to larger UPS or FedEx stores either, I’m comparing them to a small mom and pop place like crown shipping. I understand the cost of doing business is greater in a small town too, but 6 bottles shipped to an area with hundreds of hubs, not like it a rural area, and they are charging more than double what a similar shipping company (small business in sonoma county) does.
