Forest Park — Attraction in Winston-Salem

Picnic area has potential I rented it out for my daughter's graduation party! I had to call the cops at 10. I'm that morning because there were bums and homeless people who would not leave! Eventually police ran them off and let them know it would be an event at that location later in the day! I went around lunchtime to decorate, and the bums had come back and switched all the tables back to where they had them and they had the nerve to ask me what time my event would be over so they could come back! If they could help keep the bums away during rented events, it would be OK to host here! Park was also not in working condition, and all my guests didn't want to use the restrooms.. I wouldn't...
