A New Customer. A Customer for Life.

We started our relationship with Wagner for a service call for our washing machine. Immediately, the customer service experience was markedly different from most service companies. I was impressed with their helpful, pleasant, and affable exchange. We got scheduled for a service visit very quickly. When technician Rob showed up, he was professional and courteous. He explained the situation he was finding and talked potential options. He also gave the insight of his experience on contemporary machines.

We decided to replace our laundry machines with a new ventless combination washer/dryer. I really wanted to go with Wagner for this purchase because I like to support local and the service had been so superior, it deserves rewarding. Plus, the service call meant an additional $50 off if we had to purchase new. I exchanged many texts with them about machines and pricing. Again, very helpful and very responsive.

I was a little worried, however, because I didn’t know how close their pricing would be to the big volume sellers. Turns out their pricing was pretty competitive. It took a turn for the worse though when I found out that I had a pretty significant employment discount—too significant to ignore—direct from the manufacturer. I was bummed. To my surprise, Wagner matched the price, including delivery, installation and disposal. They could be taking a bath on this one—and I hope they are not—but my surprise faded in light of the experience I had with Wagner right from the beginning. Excellent customer service!! Install crew very professional. They are very quick to answer any questions you may have and the prices and selection is great as well. Because if their customer service, I will not shop at the big blue or orange stores!! Update My induction range was not working and it was just installed! I called Wagner to express my frustrations. I was immediately contacted by the store to say that the repair tech, Rob would be out the next morning. Yep, Rob showed up and offered us a loaner if the range could not be fixed. The range required an educated user and that wasn't me. Rob diagnosed the issue and all within 15 minutes. So if your looking to buy an appliance, do not waste your time looking at big box stores, go directly to Wagners for real customer service!! Update: Just purchased and took delivery of our new washer today. I don't know how but the 2 delivery guys, Sprinkle( yep, Sprinkle) and Travis, were in a word, fantastic!!!! They uninstalled our old washer and hooked up the new one in less than 20 minutes!! If you are reading this review and are wondering whether to buy your appliances from Wagner, just do it. You won't find this level of customer service at ANY big box retailer.

UPDATE As you might be able to tell,In a huge fan of Wagner's but my recent experience was over the top great. We needed some warranty work performed on our stove (. The warranty I bought was from Wagner's), our service tech was the best. He was efficient,on time and very thorough. He answered all the questions I had and is genuinely very polite and courteous.
