Botanica Winter Haven — Attraction in Winter Haven

Made a couple of trips here, as the people were friendly, but it didn't last. Never use the cash app or delivery options. Always go in person for your needs (I learned this the hard way). A discount is offered, but it's not worth it if you want to get your products. Beware the quality, too. Check to see if there are dead flies in the candles. "No refunds"

UPDATE: I overlooked certain things because there aren't very many botanicas around with a decent variety of product, but that was an error on my part. I tip when possible, and even recommended the shop online.

When ordering a simple delivery, I noticed that a few items were missing, so naturally, I contacted the store owners. They denied anything had been missing because the order was "double checked" (then later said to be "triple checked"). Even though the order took nearly a week to fulfill, I wanted to be patient as they were moving locations, despite the lack of communication. I decided to call for my update, figuring it must be a busy season, and there was a claim of attempted communication and a break due to covid.
