
So our Uber driver picked up our food from this restaurant. After the food was confirmed through Uber eats that our order was picked up, we received a cancellation, after the driver left the restaurant with our food. I do understand that it could be the Uber driver, however if a customer calls your restaurant after 15 times, you would think to pick up the phone. An Uber representative also tried to reach out to their own client and their client refused to answer. I wish I could support my black community, it’s just unfortunate that there aren’t protocols set for mismanagement. There is a definite need for a better process to answering customer calls. I did reach out to the restaurant on a different cell phone and I was able to speak to the manager. We told him what happened and he said he is sorry he is busy and will call us back. $108 from canceled order and $115 later we received a meal from another seafood restaurant and we are okay. Read moreI like this place... Sometimes the food can be a bit salty and I have to be a bit careful due to me having High blood pressure. However, I enjoy the fixings: the snow crab legs eggs, corn, sausage, and etc.
My friend and I would meet up here to enjoy the items listed above. The atmosphere of the restaurant if comfortable and clean... and yes, I mean the bathrooms. That means a lot to me.
I advise you to call in because the wait time can be astronomically long. However, do know that you will have to use a credit card of some sort when ordering over the phone; I'm assuming they have been 'burnt' and no longer allow the pay upon arrival luxury. I guess I can't blame them.

After 55 minute I asked for a refund and was told that they don't give refunds and pointed to a sign behind her. So Crab Craze has the food I ordered and my money. No Refund means if I received my goods and decided I did not want it. Then I understand the No Refund. But, I never received my goods. Finally, after an hour I received my food.
