ANF GYROS & GRILL (w-haven) — Restaurant in Winter Haven

Ordered a couple of their crab leg cluster specials with corn, potatoes and shrimp (a Low Country Boil in GA and SC). I was highly pleased with the seasoning mixture and quality of the dish. Very good. I just wish they gave more corn with each dish. All the other food that I saw being prepared, looked and smelled amazing. The wings looked very tempting. When I'm in the area again, I will be returning to try some of the other offerings.

Update: Finally got back on Memorial Day '19. Tried the wings... Awesome! The two flavors we had were delish and the meat tasted fresh and clean. Tried the gyro... Amazing! Almost had to fight my girls for it. Tried their calamari rings... OMG. Great breading and seasoning. Plus, I have never had calamari rings so tender. Updated from 4 to 5 stars...Wow!

4/17/22 Still just as good as it has been. I would have probably just continued driving by this place if my cousin who is a local hadn't brought me here. Oh yeah... That Shrimp Po boy is so good it'll make you slap your mama 🤣

Used to love this place, arguably the best wings Ive had but, whoever was working the front (phones) on the evening of 03/10/2017 at 6pm was perhaps the most rude and unprofessional human being I have ever dealt with. Outside of being rude I can't believe any business dealing directly with the public would allow such a uneducated, grammatical nightmare to be frontline with their customers. This employee could not string together two or three words in a sentence without butchering the english language. Is anywhere in your hiring process any kind of face to face conversation to see if a person is emotionally competent enough to deal with not only business challenges but, human interaction above a third grade speaking level? Not sure if I am more offended by the inability to fill my order or the manner in which this ball of inept flesh spoke to me on the phone. I know my dollar doesn't matter to the success of your business but, I will not spend another one there as long as this behavior is accepted and...

I don’t usually leave reviews however after my experience here in regards to the customer service I have to. When I went here everything was fine a young black female had taken my order and was very friendly and did great. However a Hispanic female I think her name was Marina l heard another worker call her was very rude. I told her I did not receive my drink yet and she looked at me and walked away not saying anything. Later the young black female gave it to me but Marina was too busy on her phone to even make sure my food and another customers was correct. We both had to ask her for items we were missing because she did not put them in the bag. She rolled her eyes at me and did not say anything just snatched the bag. After she continued going to the back laughing with another worker. Very unprofessional and rude. I asked to speak to a manager and she told me he wasn’t there. I will not be coming back here and I have been a customer for awhile! I will not risk being served by this childish...
