Customer Beware! Please beware if you take your device or TV into this place for being fixed up. My husband thought he did his research. He looked the place up, he read the reviews, he called and talked to the guy on the phone. We thought we had picked the right place, but we definitely picked the wrong place. So much so, that our RV is doing the 2 things we took it in to get fixed for, but it is now also doing 2 new things, and we were without it for over 2 months. Starting at the beginning, we have a Roku Element 65" Tv that we got Thanksgiving night for a Black Friday deal in November 2019. Just before Christmas 2020 I was watching a show and noticed that the bottom 2/3rds of the screen were darker than the top 1/3rd. I thought it was a fluke, maybe something with the show I was watching. Christmas Eve, I told my daughter to turn on the TV and we will watch a Christmas movie together. She tells me that she tried to turn on the TV, but it didn't turn on. Turns out, the screen was just very dark and you could only barely make out the applications on the screen. My husband looked up places to take it in. I told him to the place the customer care for our TV told us to take it to, which is close by to this place. He said this place had such great reviews, we should take it to this place. He talked to the guy, he took it in. First my husband said the guy told him they'd know what was wrong in 15 minutes. A little while later, my husband said they told him they'd let him know in 48 hours. Not sure how that happened or who's fault that was, but that was an issue. So one thing my husband asked about was a warranty. Do they warranty their work? He was initially told a 1 year warranty. When they contacted my husband about what was wrong with the TV, suddenly the 1 year warranty isn't a thing. They do a 1 week warranty, but offer other warranties that you can pay for. So basically they changed it so they could make more money off us. My husband said no, we will just come get the TV, it will cost too much and doesn't make sense to pay all that when that's what we initially paid for the TV. Guy convinces my husband to have them fix it, they'll take $10 off the warranty. My husband said if they can take $10 off, they can take $20 off, so they do. Literally they just want the money for it. We agree to pay for the part for it to be fixed. Weeks later, we finally hear back that's it's fixed, we have to pay for it now. My husband never received anything showing him the TV working, so he went to go get it, with the condition he see it working first. Guy plugs it in and turns it on for him, but has to step away for a second. Immediately my husband sees the bottom 2/3rds of the screen are visibly darker than the top 1/3rd. One of the initial reasons we took it to get fixed. My husband refuses to take it, tells the guy, the guy apologizes, they check it back in...to the bottom of the list (which we found out later due to us contacting them as to why we hadn't heard anything about our TV). They say it's whatever, they're just going to fix it for us, no charge. Finally, we are told it's good to go (again) so my husband goes in to get it. I'm not sure if my husband was looking with his eyes closed, or maybe it looked good for 5 seconds, or maybe it really looked fixed. I'll never know for sure. What I do know is my husband should NOT have brought that TV home that day. On top of the darkness on the bottom 2/3rds of the screen, now the screen flashes every so many seconds! A new problem! Either way, my husband brought it home. He called back, told them this was happening, the guys said "bring it back". Well, we live an hour plus away, so we can't just drop it back off so easily. We did take it back, but now we have to wait for them to get it from the bottom of the list, back to the top and fix it for us. This was their mistake, therefore they should fix it. Due to limit, end of story: TV still isn't fixed, 2/3rds on bottom is still dark. Plus flashing every so many seconds. Plus light from the TV comes out of the back on the...
Read moreHaving a problem with my LG TV (model 47ld450) where after approximately 15-20 minutes of watching it, it would power off by itself. 3/6/21, I took my TV to them and he plugged it up and turned it on with the remote when I was there in the shop to see if it would cut off.. He asked me to wait in my car due to covid so he could do some.analysis. He informed me that he would have to keep the TV to do more analysis and that I would have to pay a $39.99 fee which I did and left the tv there. 3/8/21, I received a text with 3 options for repair.. I selected the option for $169, ($181 w/tax included) for the microprocessor fix kit that I was told needed fixed by text.. since this business has ZERO follow-up with customers, I had to keep calling them to get a status on my TV.. I was told it was in test when I called on 3/26.. I called again on 3/27 and was told the same thing.. I informed them that I would just come pick up the TV since they've had it for 3 weeks..I get there in the next 30 min and the owner starts giving me all kinds of excuses when I get there. He showed me a replacement part which look to be a circuit board with a bunch of components on it. He kept changing his story repeatedly When I kept questioning him. He said that my panel(s) need to be replaced When I was told that my microprocessor kit was the problem as a result of the diagnosis. The only new part that he showed me was the circuit board that he had sitting next to my old one which I can only assume was even the problem..He powers on the TV and there's absolutely no picture whatsoever. My tv had picture the day I dropped it off which he verified while I was there. The TV should be returned to me in the same condition as when I originally dropped it off since I decided not proceed further doing business with them since they had my TV for 3 weeks and was given the runaround. I also asked him for my remote and power cord that we're both with the tv when I dropped it off and he proceeds to play off my intelligence by telling me that he doesn't have it because he doesn't accept/keep those items..as a solution, he even had the nerve to try to sell me a different used LG TV (unethical). After arguing back and forth for 10-15 minutes he put the panel on the TV and released it to me.. He gave me a power cord but not my power cord and kept my remote.. I assume he keeps these items to put with the used TVs that he sells.. I get home and plug the TV in and it doesn't work and has no picture whatsoever. My TV had picture and was powering on just fine when I dropped it off. They didn't fix anything. This business is highly incompetent/clueless and extremely shady and should be shut down as they are scam artists who are stealing money...

Dropped off my tv to be fixed on June 23rd. Have had nothing but problems since it was “fixed”. When we left with it it had black tape holding the screen on and we were told to leave that for a few days. Took the tape off a few days later to see light coming thru on all edges of the tv. When I called on the phone they told me they must have put the wrong adhesive on cause it needed to be opaque and not clear. Apparently they didnt have that in stock and needed to order it. So a month later they call me July 20th and asked when I can bring it in for them to switch out the adhesive. I told them I’d come down Tuesday July 25th and they assured me it would be done same day and ready for pickup. Took it back down there when they opened on the 25th, (30 mins from my house) left it there for a few hours picked it up, and when I went to take it out of my car at home the lcd was completely unattached. Never even made it back into my house. Went straight back down there to be told come back tomorrow the 26th and we’ll make it right for you. This is coming from the owner Wee. Spoke to Wee multiple times on the phone trying to come to an agreement and we did. I was gonna pick up the tv around 5pm on the 26th in the same working condition I brought it in on the 25th, clear adhesive on the inside and black tape holding the screen to the tv itself, and he was gonna give us our 200$ back and we would go elsewhere with our business. Called the owner on the 26th to pickup like we arranged and he said nobody is in the shop today and we would have to come back the 27th today to get it right. This morning the 27th I called down there looking to speak to the owner and was told he’s out of town till the 1st. The employee there made us aware that his boss told him to put it back into not working condition and let us pick it up. He also told us the panel on the tv was now broken so the tv is basically trash. Owner told us one thing and we confirmed multiple times on the phone, and he goes and tells his employee to do the complete opposite of what we agreed on. I am so furious with this establishment and the owner put his staff in really bad situations acting this way and then not wanting to accept any calls. I am so beyond upset with this business it’s ridiculous. I will be updating this review if and when the owner reaches out to me to fix this problem. I also will be report him to the better business bureau if it does not get resolved.
*UPDATE August 2nd and we finally were able to get in contact with the owner Wee and we came to an agreement. They gave us a replacement used tv and half of my money back with a one year warranty from today on the tv...
